CR has two major roles viz. sensing and throughput optimization. In contrary to conventional methods of sensing viz. cyclostationarity, matched filter detection, maximum to minimum eigen value method etc., spectrum sensing has been improved by implementing Peak vs Average Power Ratio of the received signal in energy detection in the presentation. It has the additional advantages that prior information of the license user is not required and it is free from noise uncertainty. In this paper, the design of the frame for MAC layer has been based on Wireless spectrum Sensing network (WSSN). The access of the channel to the secondary users is done through Handshaking Algorithm. A hybrid frame structure based on CSA and DSA has been devised for the WSSN network and has been implemented which overcomes the drawback of Conventional frame format. The WSSN network removes the sensing time from the Secondary user's frame thereby increasing the transmission time of data and hence the throughput of the system. The cognitive radio frame structure, thus designed in the present paper, improves the throughput of the system and enhance the Spectrum sensing techniques. Finally, the simulation results shows that the proposed method performs better than the conventional method in throughput and provides efficient spectrum sensing technique.","PeriodicalId":136809,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Control Science and Systems Engineering (ICCSSE)","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132420457","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

STKF is used to estimate INS errors as a replacement of Kalman filter (KF), and IRBFNN is trained based on STKF when GPS works well and applied to predict INS errors during GPS outages. In the IRBF neural network, the width of the hidden layer and kernel function are optimized by using genetic algorithm to obtain a high precision generalization ability of RBF network structure. The simulation indicate that the proposed model can effectively provide high accurate corrections to the standalone INS during GPS outages.","PeriodicalId":136809,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Control Science and Systems Engineering (ICCSSE)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131488585","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes a method based on adaptive Canny algorithm and iterative threshold segmentation algorithm to detect surface crack. Firstly, in the process of image smoothing, the adaptive Canny algorithm automatically calculates difference between the gray value of present pixel and the average gray value of image in the filter window, and the difference is set as the spatial scale coefficient for Gauss filter of the current pixel. Secondly, the Otsu method is applied to calculate image gradient histogram so as to get high and low thresholds and those new values are applied to detect the edge of the crack. Finally, based on the iterative threshold segmentation algorithm, the image with crack is binarized, and the breakpoints in the crack and the cavities inside the crack are eliminated by morphological dilation. Experimental results show that the new crack detection method can well retain crack edge and get better effect on noise cancellation. It can also reduce the false and missed detections. Better results can be achieved on crack detection.","PeriodicalId":136809,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Control Science and Systems Engineering (ICCSSE)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126858529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In such environment, the traditional combinations cannot make pseudo-code tracking loop to achieve optimal performance, thus the integrated navigation has become a development direction. In this paper, an error estimation module has been added based on the traditional BD/INS integrated navigation system. The module uses time from integral accumulator and the signal to noise ratio and acceleration from initial data module estimating the minimum tracking error of pseudo-code tracking loop. The bandwidth selection signals generate by the module feedback to the initial data processing module adjusting the bandwidth in the initial data processing module. The design makes the pseudo-code tracking loop adjust bandwidth in real time based on high dynamic environmental conditions, so it will enhance environmental adaptability of the pseudo-code tracking loop and improve the performance of the pseudo-code tracking loop.","PeriodicalId":136809,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Control Science and Systems Engineering (ICCSSE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130753599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, it is applied in many areas such as mobile networks, distributed systems, control systems and other some information systems. Recently, many proxy signature schemes with special properties have been proposed. However, most of them is been proved to be insecure or inefficient. In this paper, we study two efficient proxy signature schemes proposed recently with special property, i.e. blind property and designated verifier property respectively. We point out that there exist some security drawbacks in the both schemes, including the replace problem of delegation warrant, the forgeability problem from the proxy signer and the forgability problem from the normal user. In order to overcome these problems, we propose a solution method for each scheme. Thus, these both improved schemes are securer than original both schemes, which makes them more suitable for applying.","PeriodicalId":136809,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Control Science and Systems Engineering (ICCSSE)","volume":"66 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126400894","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally, oblique projection operator is applied to project measurements onto a low-rank subspace along a direction that is oblique to the subspace and it enhance signals while nulling interferences. However, the method will be biased under a multipath environment. Therefore, we have proposed the beam-space oblique projection operator by MPSO scheme for DOA under a multipath environment. The MPSO that incorporates local search techniques applies in the particle swarm optimization (PSO) and the procedure as follow: first, we used the PSO to estimate the signal DOA by oblique projection operator method. Second, the personal best position of the swarm to set up beam-space oblique projection operator and using gradient-based techniques to enhance exact. The MPSO uses beam-space rebuilding oblique projection operator for local search techniques to address the issue of reduce multipath effect and increase find exact DOA estimation. Finally, numerical example with different a multipath environment is presented to illustrate the design procedure and to confirm the performance of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":136809,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Control Science and Systems Engineering (ICCSSE)","volume":"183 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124225853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
