Thin chromium films are used as the recording material for laser writing, which are oxidized during laser writing and form an amplitude mask during their liquid etching (when using the thermochemical technology for their processing). The change in the etching time here occurs in the form of etching and displacement of the edges of the exposed zones. To find the optimal etching time for chromium films, it is proposed to use a procedure of measuring the spectra of amplitude gratings, by quick operational measurement and analysis of the intensity distribution of high diffraction orders, and by minimization of the root-mean-square deviation of these intensities. It is shown that higher diffraction orders in the spectra of binary-amplitude structures correlate well with the same orders of binary-phase structures. The interest in studying the properties of yttrium oxide is caused by the fact that it can be used to deactivate sorbents from calcium oxide, which are used to absorb carbon dioxide. The most promising approach to sintering modeling is the phase-field method. However, when using this method, with an increase in the number of grains in the sample, the requirements for computing resources significantly increase. Therefore, when studying the properties of large samples of yttrium oxide, a special approach to the implementation of the phase-field method is necessary. The main problems arising in the design of this type of systems are described. The purpose of the article is to analyze the possibility of using wide-angle infrared lenses for object direction finding. The principles of constructing a wide-angle direction-finding module are determined. The results of calculating the detection range of objects by the Johnson criterion for lenses with different angular fields are presented. Fundamental circuit solutions of an IR lens with an angular field of up to 150° have been found. Ways are founded on creating an objective on its basis for connecting with a cooled IR-detector spectral range of 3-5 μm. It is shown that by 1980 the process of reducing the energy intensity of the economy began only in the developed countries of North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, as well as in China. The intensity index of energy intensity reduction was calculated, which made it possible to identify the features of the dynamics of GDP energy intensity in developed and developing countries. The following rivers were selected as objects: the Ob, the Taz, the Pur, the Yuribei etc. Sampling was carried out near settlements Salekhard, Nadym, Salemal, Pitlyar etc. Water samples were analyzed for the content of: dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, concentrations of oil products, iron, copper, zinc, nickel, manganese, sulfate ions, bottom sediment samples - for pH values of water extract, content of oil products, sulfates, iron, nickel, chromium, manganese, copper, mercury, lead, zinc, cadmium. Excesses of concentrations of iron, manganese and copper (relative to standard values) were found in most water samples. The main feature of the section is the presence of a horizon of large frost cracks in the roof of clays of the Lower Pliocene Novostanichnaya Formation, on which the upper Quaternary cover of Griva deposits occurs. The nature of the filling of cracks by the sediments of the overlying layer indicates that they were constantly filled with ice, which had already melted under the influence of the Grosswald Flow. This horizon is important for the reconstruction of the paleoclimate and paleogeography of the region. For the first time, data of palynological study of sediments of a typical Griva in the south of Western Siberia on the example of a section on the Cape Kazantsevsky Peninsula (the northern part of Lake Chany) are presented. Sediments contain pollen of woody and herbaceous plants, single spores of mosses and ferns, as well as microphytoplankton.
