The designed power divider is derived from the basic Wilkinson configuration using the quarter wave Transformers with the novel optimized geometry. The 2 way equal power divider is implemented at a center frequency of 1175 MHz- L5 Band of Global Navigation Satellite System. The power division results shows a efficient Insertion Loss (S21 & S31) values as −3.016dB, −3.018 at ports 2 and 3 respectively. The Return Loss S11 at all three ports is more than −30dB. The significant Isolation between the ports 2 and 3 is −30dB. The crosspoint connection of the ReRAM cell will have the advantage of eliminating the expensive transistors in the design. But the challenge in the design is the selection of the selector device. A review of selector device design on 3D crosspoint ReRAM is presented in this article. The number of ReRAM devices are connected with the wordline and bitline in the crossbar array to have high density storage. This article illustrates the methods for the stacking of ReRAM memory cells and selector devices. The flow of sneak current and the formation of sneak path are discussed in the article. The sneak path will consume the storage space in the memory device unwantedly, so it has to be reduced for the efficient use of the storage cell. In the design slits are introduced in a patch which helps a single structure to operate at multiple bands. The antenna is designed using defected ground technique in order to increase the bandwidth. The substrate used is FR4 Epoxy as it is popular and cost effective when compared to other materials and the rectangular patch is made up of copper as it has good dielectric constant. The antenna is designed and the results are simulated using HFSS software. The antenna operates at multiple frequencies such as 6.5156GHz, 8.2511GHz, 9.9622GHz, 10.5244GHz, and 14.9978GHz. The parameters of antenna such as gain, reflection coefficient and radiation patterns are determined. Various medical devices such as MRI, Stethoscope, Digital thermometers, electronic cardiac monitor (ECG), Brain wave machine, and Blood glucose monitor are used for measurement of multiple parameters of the human body. In this paper, some of the aspects with respect to stethoscope are considered for the advancement with the help of IoT (Internet of Things). Till date, many electronic stethoscopes designed were based on various technologies such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, neural network, and Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS), etc. There are few limitations associated with the existing conventional stethoscopes such as short-distance communication, device weight, high cost, and difficulty in remote patient monitoring. First, the LIDAR sensor installed on the MAV was used to measure the obstacle distance. When the threshold distance between the MAV and the obstacle is equal to 1.5m, then the obstacle size (width and height) can be measured using the object images acquired using the camera sensor based on the proposed vision-based object size measurement algorithm. The collision can be avoided with the obstacle using the LIDAR sensor which works on time on flight principle, in addition to that based on obstacle’s width and height with the tolerance of 0.01m, the MAV can change the flight route by either increase the altitude or roll/yaw. Early detection and further treatment of the abnormal growth of mass is a significant step during treatment to restrict the progression. MR image screening by the medical expert is a time-consuming and tedious task. This paper presents the development of computer-aided tool to detect brain tumor images. The proposed algorithm employs monogenic wavelet phase-encoded features for tumor detection. Phase component of the monogenic wavelet efficiently extracts the structural information from the input magnetic resonance images. The dimensionality of CLBP textural descriptors extracted from the phase component is further reduced using neighborhood component analysis feature selection. Finally, the support vector machine classifies the test magnetic resonance image as healthy or abnormal.
