In addition, the concept of space in today's globalized era, the importance of informational attacks in the direction of state policy on youth was discussed in detail. It is scientifically proven that the influence of the globalization processes on the moral and social values of young people is great, and that each country's strategic policy is determined in the historical stages of raising the moral potential of young people. The eastern organizations were under Byzantine control, while the western part was under Bulgarian control.
