Arastirmada nitel arastirma yontemlerinden durum calismasi deseni benimsenmistir. Arastirmanin katilimcilarini Milli Egitim Bakanligi (MEB)’na bagli okullarda calisan ve mesleki deneyimleri 2 ve 18 yil olan iki ortaokul matematik ogretmeni olusturmustur. Katilimcilarin sahip olduklari alan ve alan ogretim bilgilerinin ve ders sirasinda bu bilgilerini ogretimlerine entegre etme sureclerinin incelenmesi amaciyla ogretmenlerin ikiser ders saati gozlemlenmis ve kaydedilmis, gozlem oncesinde ogretmenlerle yari yapilandirilmis gorusmeler gerceklestirilmistir. Verilerin analizi ve yorumlanmasinda ise tematik analiz kullanilmis, temalar DBM’nin birimleri ve kodlari esas alinarak belirlenmistir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda her iki ogretmenin islenen konuya iliskin alan bilgilerinin yeterli olmadigi, alan ogretim bilgileri baglaminda ise ozellikle ogrenci dusuncesini sorgulamada deneyimli ogretmenin daha basarili oldugu belirlenmistir. Ogretim sirasinda deneyimli ogretmenin kavramlar arasindaki iliskiyi daha iyi kurabildigi, diger ogretmenin ise islem odakli bir ogretim gerceklestirdigi tespit edilmistir. This research has emerged from the need to evaluate studies conducted within the framework of 21st century skills together and to provide scientific data about the general view of studies conducted within the scope of 21st century skills. The aim of this study is to make a descriptive analysis of articles published in the field of Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) in Web of Science between 2010-2019 in the field of 21st-century skills. This study is qualitative research in which document review is carried out. In this study, the advanced search module on the web pages of journals in the SSCI index was used as a data collection tool. In the study, data were collected from 52 articles published in the field of 21st-century skills in the SSCI database between 2010-2019. The distribution of articles related to 21st-century skills was analyzed according to years of publication, journals, citation indexes and topics studied. The distribution of the methods, data analysis techniques, data collection sources, data collection tools, and keywords used in the articles were determined. In addition, the distribution of the countries and the continents where the articles are conducted is examined. Data collected over 52 articles were analyzed by using descriptive analysis.
