One annular ring antenna is numerically demonstrated using low dielectric constant materials with εr = 2.2. It is observed to resonate at 2.546GHz. The effective circumference for the new annular ring antenna is 0.67λg. The SGP consists of a frequency selective surface (FSS) and four PIN diodes. By switching the status of diodes, the SGP operates as ground or transparency to the incident waves thus the distance between the resistor layer and the ground is changed accordingly, which makes the incident power reflected or absorbed by the proposed RA element. The principle is explained and the simulated results show that the reflection coefficient is - 0.18 dB for reflector status and - 20 dB for absorber status. Moreover, the dynamic control of the reflected amplitude can be easily realized by using resistors with different resistance. Synthetic aperture radars (SAR) are widely used for monitoring of disaster, forest coverage, and infrastructure. For future utilization of airborne or spaceborne SAR monitoring of buried target, we investigated how to identify buried target for limited number of scans with using two-dimensional scanning GPR with synthetic aperture radar technique inside the room (GPR-SAR). Experiment of the radar imaging of multiple targets, buried and on the surface is conducted. Radar signals from multiple independent antennas in the back of a person are fused to expand the effective measurement area and mitigate body position effects. The system is low-cost, requiring only a single radar with multiple simple panel antennas instead of multiple radars with specialized body-coupled antennas. Commercial EM code with Multi-Level-Fast-Multipole-Method (MLFMM) algorithm is used to simulate the electric field distribution at a short distance. In addition to higher modulation rate, mm Wave also can achieve high data throughput, low latency and significance of results. In this paper, Ultra Wide Band Dual polarized Antenna is designed for post 5th Generation Wireless communications that can support n257 (25.6GHZ-29.5GHz), n258 (24.25GHZ-27.5GHz), n260(37GHz-40GHz) and n261 (27.5GHz-28.35GHz). Ultra wideband is limited to have higher antenna gain, however, antenna array design can improve antenna gain and radiation pattern, one dual feed antenna can provide two antenna radiation patterns,Antenna gain degradation by the tolerance of material can be improved by high power laser beam. The antenna covers 24.24 GHż29.5 GHz and 37 GHz~40 GHz and has a broad bandwidth both in low and high band frequency. The peak gain of high band frequency is 5.5dB and the peak gain of low band is 5.1 dB. It is difficult to deploy a lot of THz wireless links with high density in metropolitan area with LOS environment and without inter-cell interference. This paper proposes an algorithm for automatic planning of 300-GHz-band wireless fronthaul link deployment. 87 RAUs were placed at the location of traffic lights/street lights read from the map at Shinjuku, Japan, and installed 46 RAUs on the rooftops of the buildings by automatic deployment algorithm in order to connect all RAUs to the center base station (BS) with LOS environment. The current progress of AiP technologies at NTU is also summarized. The issues of considerations include different fabrication process, dielectric property deviation and mechanical limitations to realize the antenna structure. Antenna designs for various applications, ranging from user equipment, CPE to small cell BTS antennas, have been developed at different sizes. The radiation characteristics of these AiPs will be presented to demonstrate the behaviors of AiPs using these processes. We designed, fabricated, and evaluated a 7-circle array with 168 helical antennas fabricated using molded interconnect device technology. This proposed DRA is fed by two symmetrical slots. The DRA modes can be excited and merged to broaden the impedance bandwidth by inserting air regions insider the DRA. This DRA can achieve impedance bandwidth of 45.8% covering the frequency band of 3.2-5.1GHz. At the same time, it has very low profile of about 0.07λ0.
