The existing system in PAMDes Kretek is still done manually, ranging from customer registration, payment of water bills to the storage of data relating to the process to preparing reports, making it possible during the process there was an error in recording, lack of accurate reports created and delays in the search for the required data. PAMDes clove membutukan information systems to support and provide satisfactory service to customers. Particularly the registration and payment system PAMDes Kretek which until now has not been computerized. The design of the information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in self-help groups PAMDes Kretek, with a computerized system can achieve an activity which is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of the self-help groups PAMDes Kretek. Pada saat ini PAMDes Kretek merupakan kelompok swadaya masyarakat yang bergerak dalam bidang pengelolaan air bersih. Sistem yang ada di PAMDes Kretek masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pendaftaran pelanggan, pembayaran tagihan air sampai penyimpanan data-data yang berhubungan dengan proses tersebut sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. PAMDes kretek membutukan sistem informasi untuk menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi para pelanggan. Khususnya sistem pendaftaran dan pembayaran PAMDes Kretek yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Perancangan sistem informasi merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada kelompok swadaya masyarakat PAMDes Kretek, dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada kelompok swadaya masyarakat PAMDes Kretek. For that we need a good business strategy through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) used to acquire new customers, promote service excellence and services, enhance the benefits customers / patients and maintained good relations to customers because customer satisfaction is an important factor in the achievement of objectives company. To realize this strategy should be developed e-CRM application. \u0000In this research, a web-based system built using Adobe Dreamweaver as a tool of software development (development tool), the programming language PHP and MySQL as its DBMS. \u0000System development method used is waterfall model with the step system needs analysis, system design, writing code, testing methods blackbox, implementation and maintenance. \u0000Results of e-CRM is a hospital information services, online registration, patient report card based on the period and the queue of patients. Results of testing the software declare all items on the test and the test class level system testing with blackbox testing techniques represent all of the application's functionality e-CRM is expressed in accordance with the expected results. Penumpukan materi terjadi karena durasi waktu di sekolah yang kurang efektif sehingga guru belum bisa memberikan latihan soal. Maka diperlukan adanya sebuah fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai bagi para siswa. Tujuannya agar tidak terjadi penumpukan materi dan siswa dapat belajar dengan efektif, maka dibuatlah sebuah perancangan e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran pada SMP Kartika XII-1 Magelang. Dalam merancang sistem tersebut digunakan suatu metode berupa teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah waterfall untuk menunjang keefektifan sistem tersebut dibutuhkan suatu koneksi internet dan sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengoperasikan sistem tersebut. Hasil dari perancangan sistem e-learning tersebut antara lain terdapat latihan soal, download materi dan forum siswa dengan guru. Yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat berupa latihan soal sebagai pengukur kemampuan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diberikan oleh guru. Kata Kunci: SMP Kartika XII-1 Magelang, E-learning , Media Pembelajaran Abstract - SMP Kartika XII-1 Magelang located in Magelang which has many students and each student is charged with 12 subjects with duration of ± 40 minutes. Accumulation of material occurs due to the duration of time in school are less effective, so the teacher can not give exercises. It is necessary to have an adequate learning facilities for students. Aim to avoid the bulidup of materials and students can learn effectively, then made a design of e-learning as a medium of learning in SMP Kartika XII- Magelang. In designing these systems use a method in the form of data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and literature. Software development method used is waterfall to support the effectiveness of the system needed an internet connection and human resources able to operate the system. The results of e-learning system design, among others, there are exercises, download material and student forum with teachers. Which is expected to provide benefits in the form of exercises as a measure of the ability of students understanding of the material provided by the teacher.
