Розглянуто методи вимірювання похибок суміщення фарб по сусідніх, поточних та базових фарбових мітках. Досліджено перехідні характеристики процесу суміщення фарб при імпульсній зміні відносного видовження стрічки при різних значееннях відносної деформації стрічки. Kazmirovych","doi":"10.32403/2411-9210-2019-2-42-81-88","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32403/2411-9210-2019-2-42-81-88","url":null,"abstract":"Одним з найбільш ефективних способів корекції муару й забезпечення якості кольоровідтворення є метод друку «точка в точку», який при підвищенні точності суміщення фарбовідбитків на офсетних аркушевих друкарських машинах та стрімкому розвитку комп’ютерних систем керування в недалекому майбутньому стає актуальним. Наведено основні області застосування растрових елементів квадратної форми при традиційних способах друку. Для оцінки впливу точності суміщення на якість відтворення фарбовідбитків при друці «точка в точку» запропоновано математичні моделі та алгоритми розрахунків площ накладання растрових крапок суміжних фарб квадратної форми при заданих параметрах їх сторін та координатах суміщення, а відтак, з використанням рівнянь Нюберга-Нейгебауера можливість перейти безпосередньо до розрахунку координат кольору окремих ділянок растрового відбитку. Наведено графік залежності площ спільного перетину квадратів, від величини їх несуміщень, що дозволить визначити та уточнити допустимі межі допусків на точність суміщення для окремих видів поліграфічної продукції. The analysis of Internet resources, electronic and printed sources on this topic has been carried out. The criteria have been clari fi ed and the classi fi cation of automated control systems for printing equipment has been expanded. The main functions of control systems have been worked out. Automated control systems, implemented in the production of various industries, including printing one, are aimed at freeing a person – an employee from the direct task of managing the production process and transfer these functions to devices and units that are part of automated systems.
