Kesalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pengelolaan keuangan yaitu lebih mendahulukan keinginan dari pada kebutuhan, hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu masalah dalam literasi keuangan. Saat ini tingkat literasi keuangan pada remaja masih rendah, mereka cenderung lebih mementingkan keinginan daripada kebutuhan. Padahal kebutuhan merupakan sesuatu yang perlu di prioritaskan, untuk itu remaja perlu dibekali dengan literasi keuangan. selain itu, tabungan dan investasi merupakan salah satu indikator dalam Literasi Keuangan yang dapat memberikan manfaat dimasa depan. Dengan menabung dapat melatih membiasakan diri untuk hidup hemat, kemudian pengeluaran disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bukan berdasarkan keinginan. Investasi juga dapat menjadi faktor dari literasi keuangan, mengelola keuangan dengan baik bisa dilakukan dengan cara berinvestasi, hal ini dapat ditunjang dengan banyaknya aplikasi sebagai platform investasi yang penggunaannya jauh lebih mudah.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Investasi, Keinginan dan Kebutuhan Finance is the basic foundation in fulfilling what will be achieved in terms of material, understanding financial literacy is a basic need for everyone to avoid financial problems. Errors that often occur in financial management are prioritizing desires over needs, this is one of the problems in financial literacy. Currently the level of financial literacy in adolescents is still low, they tend to be more concerned with wants than needs. Whereas needs are something that needs to be prioritized, for that teenagers need to be equipped with financial literacy. In addition, saving and investment is one of the indicators in Financial Literacy that can provide benefits in the future. Saving can train you to get used to living frugally, then spending is adjusted according to needs, not based on desires. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan UMKM yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnys para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kecamatan Cibodas Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi secara langsung serta diskusi mengenai manajemen pengelolaan keuangan dalam rangka pengembangan UMKM. Hal pengelolaan keuangan disini adalah terkait sumber permodalan usaha, pencatatan keuangan dari setiap proses transaksi dari usaha yang dijalankan, dan penguatan pola pikir (mindset) bahwa ekspansi usaha perlu dilakukan dan jangan berpikir takut rugi yang akan menghabiskan modal usaha, tetapi berpikir bagaimana keluar dari situasi rugi (jika terjadi), karena kerugian adalah bagian dari sebuah proses kemajuan usaha yang harus dihadapi. Kesimpulan dari PKM ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan manajemen dalam pengembangan UMKM dengan melakukan komunikasi secara terus menerus dengan pihak pengelola UMKM Cibodas Jasa dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam hal ini pelaku usaha UMKM.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, UMKM Cibodas Jasa, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat This Community Service (PKM) was entitled \"The Implementation of Financial Management in Developing Cibodas Jasa UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) Kota Tangerang\". The main objective of this service is to give training and to share the knowledge of management practically in developing UMKM that is affected to the well-being of the society, especially for the member of UMKM in Cibodas Tangerang. The method used is presenting the material directly and discussion session as well about financial management toward the UMKM development. Main focus of the material is the capital resources, financial records that covered all transactions process and strength the paradigm that expanding business are something that must be done. Moreover preparing of losing profit that will cost the capital business is required as well, so they need to be focus solving the situation. Due to the fact that getting loss is a part of the process of business progress that should be faced. The general purpose of this community service activity is to provide practical understanding and knowledge related to knowledge about effective and efficient marketing strategies in order to increase the business promoted by UMKM actors, especially those in the southern city of Tangerang. The method used is a survey method and direct material delivery as well as simulations and discussions on management, marketing digitalization, product marketing and increasing sales for UMKM actors which have an impact on the welfare of the community. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan umum untuk mengenalkan penggunaan marketplace dan pengaplikasiannya. Selain itu juga memberikan pelatihan, pengetahuan dan penerapan secara praktis terkait ilmu manajemen termasuk strategi pemasaran dalam penggunaan media marketplace yang efektif untuk mengembangkan produk dan meningkatkan omset UMKM. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam media sosial. Selain itu dapat menjalankan sebuah strategi promosi atau pun membuat sebuah konten dalam media social sebagai alat yang bias membantu memperluas dalam memasarkan produknya.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Marketplace, Pemasaran MSMEs have a very important role in the country's economy because the MSME sector is the largest contributor to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbs the most employment. The rapid growth of MSMEs in the Tangerang City area, especially atCibodas Jasa Sub-district, is certainly an opportunity for entrepreneur to be able to increase market scope by involving them in marketplace business. The general purpose of this community service is to introduce the use of marketplace and its application. Other than that, also for providing training, knowledge and practical application of management science including marketing strategy in the use of effective marketplace media for UMKM product development and revenue increment. The program result is improvement of MSME entrepreneurskills especially in utilizing social media information and communication technology. Namun tingginya minat masyarakat dalam memulai usaha sekarang ini tidak diimbangi dengan keterampilan mereka dalam mengelola sebuah perusahaan. Pengabdian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mencari tahu kemampuan para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Cibodas Jasa, Kota Tangerang dalam mengelola usaha yang mereka jalankan. Selain itu pengabdian ini juga bertujuan sebagai sarana pelatihan bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan pemasaran UMKM. Dalam pengabdian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih membutuhkan pengetahuan mengenai tugas dan peran sumber daya manusia dalam melakukan pemasaran produk-produk mereka dengan menggunakan alat-alat teknologi yang canggih. Selain itu, hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini cukup efektif dalam membina para pelaku UMKM sehingga para pelaku UMKM lebih memahami pentingnya ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pemasaran serta penerapannya dalam pengelolaan usaha yang mereka jalankan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen SDM, Manajemen Pemasaran, Teknologi, UMKM The Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) growth in Indonesia continued to increase from year to year. However, the high interest of the community in starting a business of this scale was not matched by their skills in managing a company. This service aimed to find out the ability of MSME actors in the Cibodas Jasa area, Tangerang City in managing the business they run. In addition, this service also aimed as a means of training for MSME actors in human resource management and MSME marketing management. In this service the approach used was a qualitative. The results of this service showed that most MSME actors still need knowledge of duty and function of human resource management and MSME marketing management using high technology. Layanan pesan antar makanan secara online, memudahkan masyarakat untuk memesan makanan tanpa harus berpergian keluar rumah. Platform Food Delivery Service merupakan salah satu bentuk digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh sebagian UMKM bisnis kuliner, tidak terkecuali di UMKM Cibodas Jasa Tangerang. Para pelaku UMKM Cibodas Jasa juga memanfaatkan platform ini sebagai media dalam memasarkan produk agar jangkauannya lebih luas serta untuk membangun equitas merek. Dalam hal ini, mereka menggunakan aplikasi ShopeeFood karena lebih mudah dalam pengoperasiannya, disukai para pembeli karena adanya program gratis ongkos kirim dan potongan harga yang diberikan. Keuntungan yang didapatkan setelah menjadi merchant dari ShopeeFood, para pelaku UMKM Cibodas Jasa khususnya bisnis kuliner mendapatkan profit yang meningkat dibandingkan dengan hanya berjualan secara tradisional.Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Food Delivery Service, Kuliner In this globalization era, the advancement of information technology seems to be limitless and mutually influential. The competition in gaining market share makes entrepreneurs have to manage their business optimally. The existence of the digital economy movement makes trade seems no space and time, as well as technology that is always evolving to change consumer behavior to prefer things that are practical and easy to shop. Online food delivery services make it easier for people to order food without having to go out of their house. The Food Delivery Service Platform is a form of digital marketing implemented by some MSMEs in the culinary business, including the MSMEs in Cibodas Jasa Tangerang. Cibodas Jasa SMEs also take advantage of this platform as a medium in marketing products so that their reach is wider and to build brand equity. In this case, they use the ShopeeFood application because it is easier to operate, buyers like it because of the free shipping program and discounted prices provided. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, menambah pendapatan dan pinjaman online yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam manajemen dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan setelah pemateri menjelaskan konsep manajemen keuangan keluarga yang disertai dengan contoh-contoh perhitungan keuangan dalam keluarga, para peserta mampu memahami dengan baik, yang mana pada saat itu para peserta mampu membuat cash flow keuangan keluarga masing-masing dan mampu memanage nya dengan baik. Para peserta pelatihan telah mampu dalam hal mengatur dan mengelola keuangan keluarga pada masa pandemi Covid – 19 dengan baik sesuai teori yang diajarkan oleh peneliti.Kata Kunci: Covid19, Manajemen Keuangan, Kesejahraan Masyarakat This service is entitled Socialization of Financial Literacy in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic to Garri MSMEs in South Tangerang, Banten. The general objective of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge of financial management science that has an impact on the welfare of the community. The method used is a survey method and direct material delivery as well as simulations and discussions on management, financial management, increasing income and online loans that have an impact on the welfare of the community. The conclusion of this community service is that there will be assistance in management in financial management. The socialization was carried out by after the presenters explained the concept of family financial management accompanied by examples of financial calculations in the family, the participants were able to understand well, at which time the participants were able to make cash flow for their respective families' finances and were able to manage it well. . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei, pemaparan materi secara langsung, serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai penerapan ilmu manajemen. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan ilmu manajemen dalam aspek mengajar peserta didik maupun dalam kehidupan berorganisasi sangat diperlukan untuk bersaing dan berkembang secara maksimal di tengah era digital.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Manajemen, Tenaga Didik, Organisasi, Era Digital The Community Service Program entitled The Application of Management Science in Developing the Competence of Human Resources and the Educational Institution of TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Foundation was held with the aim of equipping the human resources in at the TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Foundation about the importance of increasing the capacity of human resources, especially as teachers. In addition, the other purpose of the procurement of this program is to equip human resources about the need to advance the organization that accommodates the foundation. The Community Service Program was held in Gunung Sindur District, Bogor on November 14th 2021. The methods used were survey methods and presented materials as well as simulations and discussions on the application of management science.
