The dynamic of each agent is first order with unknown mismatched parameters and external disturbances. To reduce the communication burden between each agent and decrease the update frequency of the controllers, the fixed threshold event-triggered mechanisms are considered during the states’s broadcasting and the control signals. Based on the adaptive method, the event-based cooperative control protocol is constructed. The asymptotically consensus tracking of all agents are guaranteed and the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded, meanwhile the Zeno behavior is excluded. The MLI topology under control reduces the number of the required semiconductor switches and produces more number of levels compared to traditional and recent topologies of MLIs. This topology has 49 different switching states, which means 49 predictions of the future current and 49 calculations of the cost function are required for each evaluation of the conventional FCS-MPC. Accordingly, the computational load is heavy. Thus, this paper presents a simplified FCS-MPC to reduce the calculation burden by computing the reference voltage and dividing the switching states of the MLI into two sets. Based on the reference voltage, one set is identified to determine the optimum voltage level. The proposed method does not require current predictions. Moreover, the number of cost function evaluations for each iteration is halved. As a result, the execution time is significantly reduced compared to that of the conventional FCS-MPC. The trade-off between the average switching frequency and the tracking performance is also investigated for the proposed scheme and compared to the conventional FCS-MPC. However, due to the existence of some effects such as valve-point effects, the nonconvex objective function remains a major challenge for the distributed optimization problem. This paper proposes a cooperative deep reinforcement learning algorithm for distributed economic dispatch with the nonconvex objective function. In the distributed algorithm, all nodes obtain the value of actions by observing the environment and update state-action-value function in coordination with local neighbors. The state-action-value function is approximated by a neural network, which allows the algorithm to be used for large and continuous state spaces. In the second stage, the controller minimizes the distributed generation curtailment while guaranteeing bus voltages within allowed limits with a control period of 1 min. In this paper, an analytical method is applied to calculate the voltage sensitivities with respect to power injections and tap changes. The results of the proposed structure with traditional topologies and similar topologies show that, in terms of switch number, driver number, and the total blocking voltage, the proposed structure was superior to the previous versions. However, the conventional PBC method depends much on accurate mathematical model, where zero steady-state error can’t be realized when the accurate model parameters are not available or parameters drift occur. Furthermore, due to the utilizing of three state variables in the conventional PBC controller for LCL-filtered GTI, twelve sensors (voltage and current) must be used in a three phase system, which increase the costs and the failure rate of hardware. In order to handle the problems, a novel state observer based modified PBC (SOMPBC) controller for LCL-filtered GTI is proposed in this paper. Six sensors can be saved by the state observer and zero steady-state error can be easily realized by two modified control methods, where an integral regulator is insert into the conventional PBC controller with two different ways. However, since the physical parameters of the loosely coupled transformer explicitly appear in the analysis model used during the design process, the load-independent output inevitably relates to the transformer’s parameters, making the design procedure complicated and needs iterative process to meet both output requirement and transformer’s space constrain. In this paper, the derivation of the compensating parameters to achieve output voltage gain which is irrelevant to load and transformer’s parameters based on mathematical analysis is presented. Also, an implicit transformer model, in which the transformer ratio is irrelevant to physical parameters, is introduced to give an intuitive explanation of the compensating method. By changing compensation parameters, the output voltage of the basic S/S compensation can be adjusted according to different system requirements without redesigning transformer. The decoupling of IPT output and transformer’s physical parameters gives high freedom of transformer design. The criteria of adjustable voltage gain is revealed based on the mathematical analysis. To reveal the inherent mechanism of leader-following consensus in multi-agent systems with stochastic dynamics, PI control protocols are designed in this paper. Owing to the stochastic analysis techniques, algebraic graph theory, and constructing appropriate Lyapunov function, it is proved that the leader-following consensus of nonlinear stochastic dynamical multi-agent systems can be reached in mean square. Sufficient condition are deduced to select the PI control protocol parameters.
