Wahib","doi":"10.7251/ssh2201010y","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7251/ssh2201010y","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose: The main aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the concurrent training method of muscular strength training or muscular endurance training combined with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on the aerobic threshold (AerT) and anaerobic threshold (AT). Material and methods: Twenty soccer player from the University team were recruited. Participants were divided into muscular strength training group (MS, N = 10) and the muscular endurance training group (ME, N = 10). All subjects sustained the regular specific training programs during the experimental period and had additional different concurrent training twice per week for twelve weeks. power output during the graded exercise test, peak power (PP), average power (AP), fatigue index (FI) during anaerobic power test were tested by graded exercise test on Wingate anaerobic power test. as well as one-repetition maximum (1-RM) of lower limbs and Romanian Deadlift (RDL) - Hamstring Leg Exercise were tested simultaneously before and after the experiment. Data were analysed by two-way mixed design ANOVA. Results: After 12 weeks of training, the AT power output, 1-RM of half squat and the 1-RM of RDL were significantly higher than before training (MS: 407.12 ± 52.92 vs 431.78± 48.84 watt, 157.45 ± 35.66 vs 169.87 ± 47.31 kg, 120.16± 15.28 vs 122.56± 19.39 kg; ME: 411.11 ± 48.48 vs 429.16 ± 52.13 watt, 135.34 ± 26.27 vs 144.41 ± 35.78 kg, 96.93 ± 24.57 vs 103.46 ± 24.15 kg, p .05) in MS group and ME group. Time to exhaustion of graded exercise test in ME group was significantly higher than before training (22.13 ± 7.73 vs 25.78 ± 8.74 min, 23.44 ± 7.73 vs 24.78 ± 8.74 p .05). The AerT power output, PP, AP, and FI were no significant changes in both groups. Nevertheless, all dependent variables were no significant difference between groups before and after training. Conclusion: Conducting the concurrent training method of muscular strength training or muscular endurance training combined with HIIT twice per week for twelve weeks increased soccer players’ aerobic endurance as well as 1-RM of lower limbs. The concurrent training method of muscular endurance training combined with HIIT also promoted the performance of time to exhaustion. However, there were no significant difference between two training methods and minor significant benefits on anaerobic power.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"1021 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132002706","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This created the conditions for European countries to open their diplomatic embassies in Cetinje - the Principality of Montenegro. During this period, diplomatic activities with European countries intensified, which led to the emergence and development of new, hitherto unknown sports in Montenegro. Foreign diplomats contribute to getting to know, accepting and developing modern sports in Montenegro, which they themselves have been involved in. Arriving at the diplomatic embassies of their countries, they brought to Cetinje appropriate sports equipment and their own sports equipment which, after the construction of appropriate sports fields, they used for the first sports and recreational activities, until then mostly unknown in Montenegro. Thus, the first tennis rackets, golf equipment, skis, skates, rollerblades …, arrived in the capital with foreign diplomats, for which the members of the prince’s family and the court entourage showed great interest and soon got involved and mastered new sports and recreational activities. Shortly afterwards, these sports became interesting and accepted by a number of Cetinje residents, which resulted in the opening of several new sports clubs.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121907625","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The sample of respondents are students of the University of Bihać who also completed the shuttle run test (BEEPT). T-test for independent samples revealed the existence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the two groups of subjects for (AMAS, p = 0 .011), (BMI p = 0 .000), (FAT%, p = 0.000), (FMKG p) = 0.000). A statistically significant difference was also found in the variable triglycerides (TRIGL p = 0.019), while in the other variables no statistically significant difference was found in the two groups of subjects in favor of subjects who had better results in functional abilities. The coefficient of discriminant canonical correlation is (0.512), as is Wilks lambda, (0.738), which indicates very high discrimination between groups (sig. 000). The greatest contribution to the formation of the discriminatory function was given by the variables FMKG - .801, FATPR -.760, BMI - .707, AMAS - .390, TRIGL - .358, HOLE - .235. The centroids of the groups show a large distance between the results of the groups because they are located at both ends of the coordinate system. The first group consists of positive results of a total of 7 variables, which means that the respondents of the first group had significantly better results in these variables.\u0000Based on the results, it can be concluded that the increase in cholesterol triglycerides and some parameters of body structure affected the level of health status as well as body composition in students.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124466045","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Customer expectations in mentioned field regard not only to direct users but also it affects the large number of individuals who are in family and/or emotional relationship with the users. Services from observed domain determine the quality of life of almost all member of the community. Verification of user perception of service quality at the level of primary health care, gives opportunity for harmonization of the working code with user requests and expectations. Examining the degree and direction of quantitative agreement of variations of observed phenomena enables the correction of procedures and additional education of employees, which achieves the adaptation of the primary health care system with user expectations and requirements.. A research approach based on the empirical examination of respondents attitudes, aims to formulate adequate internal marketing strategies on the task of aligning system solutions based on correlation analysis. Modeled menagements solutions have the potential of scientific answer to real problem and to facilitate primary care system providers to reduce the gap between users expectations and the quality of service delivered. The above is effectively achieved by understanding and appreciating the real factors regarding a coordinated approach to users, resulting from a correlative analysis of user observations and expectations, and comparisons of user satisfaction with the form of health care.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"4319 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128979482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

LS is characterized by lower back pain, and the frequency of pain is one of the risk factors for the quality of life. The aim of the study is to identify the quality of life in people with LS, in relation to the frequency of pain that occurs. The sample consisted of 202 respondents (93 male and 109 female, the average of 47.5 years of age) which was stratified in 3 subsamples, in relation to the frequency of the back pain. The data was collected by a questionnaire designed for the purposes of this research, PAL questionnaire (Perception of Active Lifestyle, Nešić, 2016), which is intended for self-assessment of the quality of life. Based on Spearman’s Rho coefficient, it has been proven that with the more frequent back pain, the quality of life of the respondents’ decreases (p=.000). Relatively high values of χ2 = 23.09 indicated a statistically significant difference in quality of life in people with different frequency of back pain (p=.000). Respondents who had occasional back pain had the highest quality of life, while the respondents with very frequent back pain, had the lowest. In people with a history of lumbar pain, physical activity occupies a very important place, it affects the reduction and the frequency of pain and thus directly on the quality of life of people in this population.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132982569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Out of the total number of respondents, the male population consisted of 137 respondents, while female population consisted of 129 respondents. Disorders of the knee joint, X - legs, O - legs and hyperextension of the legs were used to assess the presence of lower extremity deformities. The main goal of the research was to determine the actual state of frequency and structure of lower extremity deformities in preschool subjects in relation to gender and age. The frequencies and structure of deformities of the lower extremities are shown in tabular relation to the sex and age of the subjects. The results of the research indicate a slightly higher frequency of lower extremity deformities in boys compared to girls, and the highest frequency of presence was found in subjects of both sexes aged 4 years, and slightly lower in subjects aged 5 years. It is surprising that the presence of deformities was not determined in subjects of both sexes aged 6 years. However, these results also oblige us to be careful and constantly and continuously monitor the postural status of children in order to timely identify physical disorders and take adequate activities in preventive and corrective work. The obtained results should initiate activities in order to timely diagnose, control and undertake effective programs of corrective exercise in preschool children.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125020843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Twenty (n=20) amateur footballers, participated in this study (age: 23 ± 0.3; height: 184.4±5.5; body weight: 80.92±3.4; training experience: 8 ± 0.3 yrs), without goalkeepers. In the pre-season (4 weeks, from July to August), the players performed Capanna test, to evaluate the RSA before the start of the season. Every player has been analysed with a K-GPS Live device 50Hz (K-Sport Universal STATS, Italy). After 12 weeks of training (in-season), based on specific workouts of Cometti method, the same players repeated Capanna test to check performance improvements and verify whether the training programme is effective. After 12 weeks of training, the difference between the first trial (pre-season) and the second one (in-season) is statistically significant (p0.05). The results obtained, suggested that the strength work was optimized as well as work times, and the RSA was improved. In addition, thanks to better physical shape, which resulted in better performances of individual players, the team in the last period of the championship achieved more positive results in the matches played.","PeriodicalId":130017,"journal":{"name":"Спортске науке и здравље - АПЕИРОН","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130354226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
