The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were housekeeping employees at Hotel GranDhika Setiabudi Medan. This study used a sample of 28 respondents. The sample was taken from the GranDhika Hotel housekeeping employees to fill out a questionnaire distributed through an online survey platform. The model for finding strategic tourism planning uses the SOAR (Strength, Opportunity, Aspirations and Results) Model, as another alternative to SWOT analysis, this model is a combination of SWOT and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) strategies introduced by Jacqueline M. Stavros. This model focuses on involving all stakeholders and all implementation integrity, to obtain data about Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results to be achieved in determining the strategy and development of Gomara natural tourism. In this research, descriptive-analytic methods have been used, also library data, semi-structured interview methods and survey methods have been used to collect data. The statistical population of this study includes residents of Aek Natas Village, the Regional Government, NGOs related to Gomara natural tourism, Simonis Village, Aek Natas District, North Labuhanbatu Regency and visiting tourists. The research results show that there are great strengths and excellent opportunities for Gomara natural tourism, Simonis Village, Aek Natas District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. To achieve this aspiration. During this process, participating employees are furnished with diverse instructions and practical guidance, enabling them to reach the desired proficiency level. The fundamental goal of this job training is to cultivate employees who can ultimately proficiently execute assigned tasks, minimizing errors, and enhancing productivity across various responsibilities. This investigation seeks to ascertain the extent of the impact of job training on the performance of servers at the Grand Mercure Hotel Medan Angkasa. Data collection was executed through a questionnaire and direct observations at the research site. The research approach utilized here is quantitative in nature. According to the results derived from the coefficient of determination test, it is evident that the influence of job training (variable X) on server performance (variable Y) amounts to 47.3%, while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by external factors beyond the scope of this study. In this study, the effect of tainted food storage on its quality was evaluated at the Cambridge Hotel Medan. 35 people gathered to hear the announcement. Quantitative techniques using a Likert scale and inferential statistics like validity, reliability, simple regression, and determination are included in data analysis. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 was used for the analysis. The study's findings revealed that, according to the determination test, the Cambridge Hotel Medan's food storage had a 12.6% influence on quality, while other factors outside the study had an 87.4% impact. With a significance level of 0.037, the sum of the t values (2,180) exceeds the table of the t values (2.036). The Ha hypotheses are therefore accepted, and the H0 hypothesis is disproved. According to the Ha hypothesis, there is a direct correlation between the integrity of food and how it is stored. The natural condition of Central Aceh district which is located in the highlands makes this area crowded with tourists. There are various types of tourism found in Central Aceh district ranging from nature tourism, agro tourism, and historical tourism. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists towards tourism objects in Central Aceh district in terms of Attraction, Amnesity, Accessibility and Hospitality Aspects. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach with primary data sources collected using a questionnaire via google form and limited interviews with several respondents. The results showed that the perception of tourists to tourism objects in Central Aceh Regency as a whole is quite good with a percentage of 78%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of community welfare with the Batu Katak ecotourism, Langkat district. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data used are primary data taken directly by conducting interviews with local communities and secondary data obtained from government agencies, namely the Batu Katak village office in the form of the population in Batu Katak village and the Batu Katak website. The results of the study show that the existence of Batu Katak Ecotourism plays an important role in the survival of the community because the community can feel the impact directly or indirectly such as being able to increase income, knowledge and experience more from ecotourism activities. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan masyarakat sekitar wisata Pantai Cemara telah berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan wisata melalui pembentukan Kelompok Masyarakat Pengawas (Pokmaswas)/Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB). Namun, partisipasi masyarakat masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan kawasan wisata. Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Cemara Banyuwangi terdiri dari partisipasi dalam mengawal kegiatan wisata, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi.
