Responsible environmental behavior arises from awareness of environmental issues. This awareness led to intention and determination of student to set their attitude and behavior towards the problems they faced. Responsible environmental behavior is basically the result of interaction between various factors. Factors that may affect the responsibilities behavior among the personality and the environmental sensitivity. This study aims to determine the effect of personality and environmental sensitivity on the responsible environmental behavior that students have. Research conducted at SMA Labschool Jakarta on the Semester I of 2018/2019 school year. The method used is the survey with quantitative-causal causal approach and path analysis. The sample were 79 students of class XI MIPA. Based on hypothesis test, the value of the path coefficient of X1 to X2 is 0.495, path coefficient X2 to X3 is 0.028, and path coefficient X1 to X3 is 0.568 but the path coefficient X1 to X3 through X2 cannot be calculated. Indonesia memiliki 3 warisan dunia, 50 taman nasional dan 7 geopark yang dapat dikembangkan secara eco-geotourism. Pengembangan eco-geotourism adalah salah satu upaya mengembangkan sumberdaya geologi berkelanjutan dengan menyeimbangkan aspek ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial. Salah satu geopark terdapat di Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi. Geopark Merangin Jambi menjadi salah satu tujuan wisata baru karena memiliki keanekaragaman geologi, keanekaragaman hayati dan keanekaragaman budaya yang tinggi. Geopark mempunyai manfaat secara ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial dan budaya. Pengelolaannya memerlukan perencanaan yang dapat menjamin keberlanjutan fungsi dan manfaat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui strategi pengembangan eco-geotourism Geopark Merangin Jambi dan menentukan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan eco-geotourism Geopark Merangin Jambi. Analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT, hasil penelitian menunjukkan selisih antara kekuatan dan kelemahan sebesar 1,026 dan selisih antara peluang dan ancaman sebesar -0,513, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan selama ini masih lemah sehingga diperlukan diversifikasi strategi untuk mengembangkan eco-geotourism Geopark Merangin Jambi. Therefore, we need a new perspective or paradigm of the environment or the New Environmental Paradigm (NEP). To change the way students to be more environmentalism based on NEP, teachers need to integrate the knowledge and attitude of the environment through the influencing process of instructional leadership held by teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teachers Instructional Leadership with New Environmental Paradigm (NEP) students in high school. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta in April 2016. This type of research is quantitative with survey method through correlational studies. The subjects were students of class X Science with a total sample of 130 students were selected by simple random sampling. Result of the normality data tested by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, resulting that two data population normality distributed. Data homogeneity tested by Bartlett test, resulting data obtained from both homogeneous variables. Hypothesis test using regression test, found that the regression model Ŷ = 120.839+ 0.238X had a significant and linear relationship. Pearson Product Moment test results obtained by the correlation value of 0.323. A descriptive-theoretical method has been applied for this purpose by implementing a content analysis which involved analyzing short/long term hospital strategic planning documents, 2015/2016. The results of this study revealed that environmental strategic management has been prepared in term of short (1 year) and long term (5 year plan), but it was not carried out in detail concern with budget and human resource allocation in accordance to their specialization in managing all green hospital concepts such as green building, the efficient use of electric energy, water, efficient use of papers, preventing air and water pollution, waste management, gardening, and building green corporate culture which emphasizing on environmental hospital performance. Hal ini didasarkan pada kebiasaan masyarakat yang senang mengkonsumsi biota air ini. Kerang merupakan sumber protein yang baik untuk tubuh namun di sisi lain kerang merupakan biota air yang hidupnya sesil (menetap) yang dapat mengakumulasi sejumlah bahan pencemar yang terdapat di perairan seperti logam berat Pb. Kerang merupakan biokatalisator pencemaran lingkungan. \u0000Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kandungan logam berat timbal Pb pada kerang Polymesoda erosa L. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling di perairan Tanjung Bunga Makassar. Tubuh kerang Polymesoda erosa L yang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian didestruksi kering. Selanjutnya sampel dianalisis kandungan Pb nya dengan ESI (Elektroda Selectif Ion) di laboratorium Kimia Analitik Jurusan Kimia FMIPA UNHAS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya kandungan Pb pada kerang Polymesoda erosa L antara 1,07 mg/kg – 2,05 mg/kg. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direktorat Jenderal POM RI batas kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) dalam baku mutu yang diizinkan untuk produk ikan (hasil laut lainnya) adalah 2 mg/kg. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kandungan timbal Pb pada kerang Polymesoda erosa L di Perairan Tanjung Bunga Makassar telah melampaui ambang batas yang telah ditetapkan sehingga dinyatakan tidak layak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. The research was conducted at Grogol Petamburan regencies of Jakarta province with 90 of respondets. Sample was taken by multi stageS random sampling technique.
