The model used was Sedan car designed with different rear end body by adding spoiler. Analyzing in this research was done by using Software 18.2–CFD Student Version. Design of the three models were compared to find out the difference in magnitude of Coefficient of Drag, Coefficient of Lift, pressure distribution, velocity distribution, and behavioral character of flow around the rear end of car in the condition of steady flow. Model was made in appropriate scale with model of Honda city 2008 sedan car. Observation was made to look at the behavior of fluida flows both in front and back the car in different fluid speed ranges in steady condition.The simulation results obtained from packet CFD on each condition were; model without spoiler, model with 1 level spoiler, and model with 2 level spoiler. Where this simulation showed that CD and CL were decrease. One of the example was at speed 40km/hour obtained the coefficient of drag (CD) of 0.31061, 0.28603, and 0.2054, it proved that 1 level spoiler could reduce the value of drag coefficient about 7.9135% of the sedan car without spoiler, while the car with 2 level spoiler could reduce the value of drag coefficient about 33.8592% without spoiler. For the coefficient of lift (CL) on each model was -0.38487, -0.54624, and -0.62097 proved that spoiler 1 level could reduce the value of lift coeffient about 41.92845% of the sedan car without spoiler, while the car with 2 level spoiler could reduce the value of lift coefficient about 61.35984% without spoiler. On the result of pressure distrubution and relative velocity give little affect to the upper and lower surface where this was indicated by almost no color difference contours. Then, if it was indicated from streamline and the formation of vortex, there was a significant difference so that it was very influential on the size of CD and CL occoured. The population of this study was an all of mechanical engineering department vocational high school 2 of Karanganyar students grades XI which it has 104 students and samples used 80 students with simple random sampling technique. In collecting the data, the researcher used questionnaire methods and documentation methods. Questionnaires are used to gather data independent variable that was creativity learn students and computer laboratory facilities, whereas documentation methods were used to gather bound variable achievement manufacture drawing practice, students. The validity test used the product moment formula, the reliability test used the alpha Cronbach formula. The analytical rules test which was used, those are normality test, linearity test, multi co-linearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity. Data analytical techniques used partial correlation and double linear regression. This study aims to determine the effect of heatsink height and thermal insulation on electric power generated from thermal powered thermoelectric plants. This research is using an experimental method. The technically of data analysis is descriptive comparative. In this research were used 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm heatsink fin. Thermal insulator materials are glass wool and aluminum foil. Electrical power obtained from multiplication of electrical voltage and electric current. The data analysis was indicated the increasing electrical power with increasing heatsink fin height. The higher power is accomplished by using heatsink fin 30mm at 0.56-watt power output, and the smaller power is obtained by using heatsink fin 10mm at 0.32-watt power output. The results of thermal insulation testing indicate that there is an increase in electrical power when the use of thermal insulator. Data analysis were reported the most significant strength is obtained on the use of 30 mm heatsink with an isolator of 0.76 watts, and the smallest power is obtained on the use of high heatsink 10 mm without thermal insulator is 0.32 watts. The research use experimental method with a quantitative descriptive data analysis. The population in this research is a carburetor motorcycle. A selected sample in this research is Yamaha Byson 150CC year 2012. Data were obtained from   a large   measurement   exhaust emission   levels   CO and HC for 20 seconds   at   idle   rotation   with the installation of turbo cyclone and intake manifold (swirl) modification. The research results are: (1) the installation of turbo cyclone decreases the quality of the exhaust emission of CO and HC of Yamaha Byson 150 CC motorcycle. (2) the installation of intake manifold modification (swirl) can be lower the level of exhaust emissions of CO and HC for Yamaha Byson 150 CC motorcycle. Technique of analyzing data used was a descriptive comparative research. The instruments used for testing microstructure and hardness were Olympus Metallurgical Microscope and Vickers Hardness Tester.Base on the result of research, it could be concluded that the result of microstructure testing showed the improved  ferrite structure after welding. In raw material, ferrite structure seemed to looks evenly, but the result of welding using SMAW welding method with current of I20 A, 130 A, and 140A showed that ferrite structure reduced in each specimen, so that  perlite structure was very dominant. The hardness value of hardness result showed the different hardness level. The specimen with current of 140 A had higher hardness level of 231,055 VHN than the specimen with current of 120 A (219.222 VHN) and 130 A (223,333 VHN). The result of hardness testing on raw material was 182,333 VHN.
