The sensor monitors the flooding situation based on the principle of liquid conduction, uses a ZigBee-based wireless transmission module and a 485 wired network to realize data transmission and communication between the sensor and the monitoring center, and judges the operation status of the power distribution room through the host computer. The main ways of renewable energy generation are waste power, biomass power, wind power, photovoltaic, and geothermal. Due to new energy generation has its own fatal disadvantage and the rapid economic development of the city, coupled with the long-established natural gas supply network, gas-based distributed energy stations will become the most important way of integrated energy development. In this paper, an integrated energy station system was designed, using existing substation resources, construction of data center stations, energy storage station, 5 g base stations, photovoltaic power station, gas turbine station etc., realizing the sharing of resource integration, to support smart grid, to develop into a comprehensive energy services as a typical application scenario. Considering complementary of load timing characteristics scientifically can reduce the peak-to-valley load within the power supply range, reduce the substation capacity, and improve the economics of substation planning schemes. However, in the existing substation planning methods, the influence of complementary of load characteristics on the substation planning scheme has not been considered. To this end, a substation planning scheme that considers the load sequence characteristics is proposed. Firstly, with the goal of minimizing the cost of distribution network planning schemes, a substation planning model is established. Secondly, considering the complementarity of load characteristics, a substation power supply range method based on the improved Voronoi diagram is proposed, then an integrated solution method for the substation planning model is presented. The wind power cogeneration scheduling model is built on the basis of minimizing the total operation cost which includes unit operation cost, environmental cost and wind abandonment cost. Besides, the grid restrictions are considered reasonably, inclueding DC power flow equation for fast calculation, constraints of generator operating range, limit constraint of unit slope, start/stop time limit, spinning reserve limitations and wind energy output constraints. The model is a quadratic programming model, which is solved by CPLEX in this paper. The VSG’s mathematical model is established, and its transient behaviors are probed. In the proposed coordination methodology, the function of the AIC is to flexibly change the rotor inertia in terms of the angular frequency variation, and the impact of the VIR is to timely and usefully eliminate the overcurrent risk. From these two benefits, the VSG’s power angle stability (PAS) enables to be kept, and the caused fault current rush can be powerfully mitigated to fulfill a low voltage ride through (LVRT) operation. To testify the feasibility and validity of the proposed coordination methodology, the VSG’s simulation model is built using MATLAB, and the VSG’s transient performance assessment is implemented by considering various faults. The findings show that the PAS margin is distinctly enhanced, and the LVRT problem of the VSG is well figured out. Chaos is proposed Genetic algorithm. This improved algorithm is applied to the optimal distribution of plant-level load in power plants, and the coal consumption of thermal power plants is verified by simulation experiments. In this article, the reliability and economy model of the MMC with redundant submodules are established, and the optimization function is established. The NSGAII optimization function are used to realize the optimization respectively. It can significantly improve the economy while meeting the system reliability. The design parameters are first clarified by analyzing the waveform characteristics from existing standards. Through comparing several pulse current detecting methods, the Rogowski coil is considered appropriate and selected. The coil equivalent circuit model is constructed, and the design parameter of external-integral mode is described by time-frequency domain analysis. The optical transceiver is introduced from two aspects: principle circuit of electro-optical conversion or reverse and selection of core components. The external-integral Rogowski coil and optical transceiver are manufactured. The time domain coefficient of the coil and the frequency response characteristic of transceiver are calibrated respectively.
