Untuk itu tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan sosialisasi di dalam lingkup Fakultas Teknik Universitas Pancasila. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang definisi, dampak, pencegahan dan penanganan Kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Acara utama dari sosilasiasi ini adalah webinar yang mendatangkan ahli dari pihak psikolog maupun organisasi pendamping korban. Sosialisasi ini ditutup dengan publikasi hasil melalui media digital dan fisik di lingkungan kampus Universitas Pancasila. Secara umum angka kepuasan terhadap sosialisasi ini adalah di angka 4,5. Pada akhir evaluasi diadakan evaluasi dan seluruh aspek memenuhi angka standard yang ditentukan. The implementation of digital marketing includes copywriting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. The implementation of this service activity provides training for MSME actors to know, understand, and be able to practice information technology for digital marketing activities. Starting from preliminary interviews with MSME managing partners, several main problems were identified in their business marketing, namely first, insight into digital marketing, second, techniques to increase online sales, third, increasing product reputation, and fourth, improving product packaging and presentation quality. According to the needs of the participants, this training explains digital marketing, as well as conveys two techniques in digital marketing, namely copywriting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The stages of implementing Community Service are first, knowledge of digital marketing, second, understanding of copywriting, and third, the practice of implementing SEO in the participants' online business. In the main activity of implementing SEO techniques, participants were trained to use the Google Keyword Planner analysis tool. This training uses lectures, tutorials, discussion, and practice methods. This service implementation activity was carried out during the pandemic so the delivery of training activity material was carried out using Zoom media. Evaluation of the results of the activities was carried out through question and answer with the participants. As a result of this activity, it is hoped that MSME participants have started to apply Search Engine Optimization techniques to run their businessesABSTRAK:Di era teknologi saat ini, pemasaran digital menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan bisnis. Penerapan pemasaran digital diantaranya melalui teknik copywriting dan Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM agar mengetahui, memahami, dan mampu mempraktekkan teknologi informasi untuk kegiatan pemasaran secara digital. Berawal dari wawancara pendahuluan terhadap mitra pengelola UMKM, teridentifikasi beberapa masalah utama dalam pemasaran bisnis mereka yakni pertama, wawasan tentang pemasaran digital, kedua, teknik menaikkan penjualan secara online, ketiga, menaikkan reputasi produk, dan keempat, meningkatkan kualitas kemasan dan penyajian produk. Sesuai kebutuhan peserta tersebut, pelatihan ini membekali penjelasan tentang digital marketing, serta menyampaikan dua teknik didalam digital marketing yaitu copywriting dan SEO. Puskesmas Legok, which is located in Tangerang Regency, also saw a 21% increase in hypertension cases from 2020 to 2021. Hypertension is a disease that can be avoided if the risk factors are identified early on. As a result, in order to prevent the onset of this disease, it is necessary to conduct a screening activity for hypertension risk factors. This health service activity employs risk factor screening via a questionnaire that includes questions about modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. This activity drew a total of 30 participants who did not have hypertension. The screening results revealed that the risk factors with the highest proportion value were age (90%), overweight (60%), non-routine consumption of fruit (50%), and non-routine consumption of vegetables (80%). The outcomes of risk factor screening activities were able to filter out some of the risks that exist in a person that can cause hypertension. As a result, those who have these risk factors require extra care. Additional activities are required to educate the public about the importance of screening risk factors for hypertension as early as possible in order to prevent hypertension from developing in the future.ABSTRAK:Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang (2018), hipertensi menduduki peringkat kedua dari sepuluh penyakit terbanyak di puskesmas. Puskesmas Legok yang merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Tangerang juga mengalami peningkatan kasus penyakit hipertensi dari tahun 2020 ke 2021 sebesar 21%. Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan mengetahui secara dini faktor risiko yang ada. Sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan skrining faktor risiko penyakit hipertensi sebagai suatu upaya pencegahan timbulnya penyakit ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan bakti kesehatan ini adalah melakukan skrining faktor risiko dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri pertanyan mengenai faktor risiko yang dapat maupun yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi. Sebanyak 30 peserta tidak memiliki penyakit hipertensi mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil skrining didapatkan faktor risiko yang nilai proporsinya tinggi adalah usia (90%), berat badan lebih (60%), tidak rutin konsumsi buah (50%) dan tidak rutin konsumsi sayur (80%). Hasil kegiatan skrining faktor risiko yang telah didapatkan telah dapat menyaring beberapa risiko yang ada pada seseorang yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya penyakit hipertensi. Maka dengan itu perlu perhatian khusus pada mereka yang memiliki faktor risiko tersebut. One in four women is at risk of suffering from osteoporosis and suffering from disability and death. The pandemic situation has made people reluctant to seek treatment while the problem of osteoporosis continues to develop. This problem can be solved by screening for osteoporosis. However, this activity has never been carried out so far. Therefore we did osteoporosis screening activities to reduce the problem. The implementation method is carried out by screening for osteoporosis, implementing health protocols, measuring bone density, identifying risk factors, education and evaluation. The results of the method implemented were 33 elderly and pre-elderly female participants who participated in the activity. Participants have been vaccinated against covid-19 and no one has been indicated by covid-19 disease. All participants had a decrease in bone density. Seven risk factors of osteoporosis were found in 22 participants (67%), namely old age (? 60), decreased height, broken a bone after the age 50, parents had hip fractures, underweight, diabetes, and medication. The number of participants who had osteoporosis was twice as high in the group of participants with risk factors. The data show how important osteoporosis screening is, and risk factor control. Osteoporosis screening should be done early in the pre-elderly period. After the activity there were no reports from participants, and the community service team was infected with covid-19.Participants feel satisfied and agree if this activity is continued and will recommend others to follow it. The conclusion from this activity is that prevention of osteoporosis in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic was successfully carried out safelyABSTRAK:Kelurahan Tugu, Kecamatan Cimanggis, Depok mempunyai banyak warga lanjut usia (lansia) yang berisiko menderita osteoporosis. Satu dari empat orang perempuan terancam menderita osteoporosis. Penyakit ini dapat menimbulkan kecacatan dan kematian. Situasi pandemi membuat masyarakat enggan berobat namun masalah osteoporosis terus bertambah. Masalah ini dapat dikurangi dengan skrining osteoporosis. Kegiatan ini belum pernah dilakukan oleh karenanya kami melakukan kegiatan tersebut untuk mengurangi masalahnya. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan caraskrining osteoporosis, penerapan protokol kesehatan, pengukuran densitas tulang, identifikasi faktor risiko, edukasi dan evaluasi. Hasil dari metode yang dilaksanakan adalah33 peserta perempuan lansia dan pra lansia mengikuti kegiatan. For this reason, an effort is needed to provide technological and motivational improvements that can provide solutions to the problems faced by TP PKK to survive and continue to be creative during this Covid-19 pandemic. To empower the community's economic activities during this pandemic, the Department of Electronics in collaboration with the Department of Informatics Trisakti University has carried out a training on the Implementation of the Virtual Pujasera based on the Cloud Kitchen platform for PKK women in Gambir District. This training explains about Virtual Pujasera based on the Cloud Kitchen with a target audience of the PKK Mobilization Team (TP PKK) in Gambir District. The training goals is to provide knowledge and practice in promoting and marketing of culinary products online. The training method used is to provide seminars and practice. From the answers to the questionnaire by the participants, it is known that the usefulness of the activities and materials provided gets a score of 100%. Indonesia produces 34 million tons of heap of waste per year and the largest amount is occupied by food waste at 40.1% and wood, twigs and leaf waste by 13.8%. Based on its nature, waste is divided into three types, namely organic waste, inorganic waste, and toxic waste. Organic waste is waste that easily decomposes, such as food scraps, vegetables, dry leaves, and others. Organic waste itself can be processed into compost through the composting process. However, in Indonesia, people still have low awareness in terms of waste management, so that it has a bad impact on the environment. On the basis of increasing public awareness regarding environmental cleanliness and waste management, the team conducted PKM activities regarding processing organic waste into compost. This PKM activity was carried out with partners from the Aisyiyah Orphanage, which is located in Jakarta, and had never received any lessons on how to make compost. The target of this PKM activity is to increase awareness of the younger generation, orphanage children about keeping the environment clean and how to manage waste. PKM activities are carried out through the manufacture of compost, this composting activity is the beginning of an environmental communication campaign program. PKM activities were carried out through socialization and were divided into two meetings. The first meeting conducted socialization and practice of making compost. In the second meeting, there was a quiz about the environment and growing plants from compost that had been made from the previous meeting.ABSTRAK:Persoalan mengenai kebersihan dan sampah merupakan salah satu persoalan yang masih menjadi kendala bagi Indonesia. Indonesia menghasilkan 34 juta ton timbunan sampah per tahun dan jumlah terbanyak ditempati oleh sampah sisa makanan sebesar 40,1% dan sampah kayu, ranting, dan daun sebesar 13,8%. Berdasarkan sifatnya sampah dibedakan menjadi tiga macam, yaitu sampah organik, sampah anorganik, dan sampah beracun. Sampah organik adalah sampah yang mudah membusuk, seperti sisa makanan, sayuran, daun kering, dan lainnya. Sampah organik sendiri dapat diolah menjadi pupuk kompos melalui proses pengomposan. Namun di Indonesia, masyarakat masih memiliki kesadaran yang rendah dalam hal pengelolaan sampah, sehingga berdampak buruk pada lingkungan. Atas dasar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kebersihan lingkungan dan pengelolaan sampah tim melakukan kegiatan PKM mengenai pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan mitra Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah, yang berlokasi di Jakarta, dan belum pernah mendapatkan pembelajaran bagaimana cara membuat pupuk kompos. Target dari adanya kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran generasi muda, anak-anak panti mengenai menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan cara mengelola sampah. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the Financial Services Authority in 2019, the financial literacy index in Indonesia is still low and only reached 38,03%. The educational program that we organized online through the Zoom platform is intended to support the improvement of public financial literacy, especially the students of SMA Santo Yakobus. They are part of the millennial generation of potential investors who must be given knowledge and understanding about the characteristics, benefit, and risks of various investment instruments that continue to develop from time to time. Attention to the millennial generation is important because data shows that currently the millennial generation is starting to dominate investment activities in several important financial assets. Based on the results of of a descriptive analysis of the respondent’s data on training participants, although they are not yet financially independent, more than 95% of them stated that the training has opened their horizons regarding I have nvestment activity in financial assets. The average score of 3 in the post-test for aspects of financial knowledge, financial behavior, and financial attitude, confirms their statement. The more people who have good financial knowledge, the greater the role of the financial sector in financing the investment in the real sector.ABSTRAKProgram Edukasi Literasi Keuangan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan akses masyarakat Indonesia terhadap lembaga, produk, dan layanan jasa keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tahun 2019, indeks literasi keuangan di Indonesia masih rendah dan baru mencapai angka 38,03%. Program edukasi yang kami selenggarakan secara online melalui platform Zoom, dimaksudkan untuk mendukung peningkatan literasi keuangan masyarakat, khususnya siswa-siswi SMA Santo Yakobus. Mereka adalah bagian dari generasi milenial calon investor potensial yang harus diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang karakteristik, manfaat, dan risiko dari berbagai instrumen investasi yang terus berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Perhatian terhadap generasi milenial menjadi penting karena data yang ada menunjukkan bahwa saat ini generasi milenial mulai mendominasi aktivitas investasi pada beberapa aset keuangan penting. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif terhadap data responden peserta pelatihan, walaupun mereka belum mandiri secara finansial namun ternyata lebih dari 95% dari mereka menyatakan bahwa pelatihan telah membuka wawasan mereka terkait seluk beluk berinvestasi pada financial asset. Rerata skor 3 pada saat post-test untuk aspek financial knowledge, financial behaviour, dan financial attitude menguatkan pernyataan mereka tersebut. Accounting principles and policies are always changing along with the times. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed business processes and models from doing business conventionally to being forced to drastically change business processes. This has influenced changes in accounting principles and policies applied. For this, the PKM Implementation Team offers Mitra to conduct accounting training to update accounting principles and policies to updating existing accounting developments. The method is to conduct a preliminary survey first, especially to find out the business model, type of business and problems that occur in order to develop an appropriate accounting training module that is suitable for Mitra. This is done by the Team by conducting a group discussion forum (FGD). After that, we conducted accounting training for Mitra with modules that we compiled to provide the latest accounting training. Accounting training materials consist of (1) Journaling; (2) Preparation of External Financial Statements; (3) Introduction to cost behavior; (4) Types of production costs; and (5) Preparation of production cost reports. The module provides examples of real transactions in accordance with the conditions that occur in business. After training, we assess that Mitra can understand the material provided and have the latest accounting principles and policies. We plan to carry out a series of activities from February 2022 to May 2022.ABSTRAK:Tujuan dan target khusus yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pelatihan akuntansi untuk pembaruan penerapan prinsip dan kebijakan akuntansi di PT.Artha Trimitra Expotama (Mitra). Prinsip dan kebijakan akuntansi selalu berubah seiring dengan perkembangan jaman. Pandemi COVID-19 telah merubah proses dan model bisnis dari yang semula melakukan bisnis secara konvensional menjadi terpaksa merubah proses bisnis secara drastis. Hal ini banyak mempengaruhi terjadinya perubahan prinsip dan kebijakan akuntansi yang diterapkan perusahaan. Untuk ini,Tim Pelaksana PKM, menawarkan kepada Mitra untuk melaksanakan pelatihan akuntansi untuk melakukan pembaruan terhadap prinsip dan kebijakan akuntansi yang terjadi dengan tujuan untuk mengikuti perkembangan akuntansi yang ada. Thus, it is important for everyone to understand this, especially for students who are planning their future careers. This seminar on “Understanding the Importance of Passion in Life” was given to students and parents of SMP and SMA X in Jakarta. The aim of this event is to recognize students’ passion, as a provision in planning their future careers. By attending this seminar, it is hoped that students and parents will gain knowledge and understanding about the importance of knowing oneself, especially the passion in each child, so that parents can support their children to know themselves and achieve their potential optimally. This seminar received good appreciation from students, parents, and teachers. After this seminar took place, there were students and parents who did career counseling to help students planning their career.ABSTRAK:Passion merupakan gairah atau hasrat yang kuat ada dalam diri seseorang untuk melakukan kegiatan atau aktivitas yang disukainya. Pengetahuan mengenai passion di dalam diri setiap orang, perlu dipahami dengan sungguh-sungguh, agar orang tersebut dapat menemukan kebermaknaan di dalam hidupnya. Ketika seseorang menjalankan pekerjaannya atau aktivitas yang ditekuninya sesuai dengan passion-nya, maka orang tersebut akan merasakan dorongan yang besar untuk terus berusaha dan berkarya dengan lebih baik lagi. Dengan demikian, hal ini penting dipahami oleh setiap orang, khususnya peserta didik yang sedang merencanakan karir ke depan. Seminar tentang “Memahami Pentingnya Passion dalam Hidup” ini diberikan kepada siswa dan orang tua siswa SMP dan SMA X di Jakarta, dengan tujuan agar mereka dapat mengenal passion mereka, sebagai bekal dalam perencanaan karir mereka pada masa yang akan datang. Dengan mengikuti seminar, diharapkan siswa dan orang tua siswa mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya mengenal diri, terutama passion dalam diri setiap anak, sehingga akhirnya orang tua dapat mendukung anak mengenal dirinya dan mencapai potensi dirinya secara optimal.
