Many individuals today all around the world suffer from common disorders like high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. People with chronic illnesses should take their medications on a regular basis to treat their conditions, but in today's hectic society, many people forget to do so. Elderly people frequently forget to take their medications or take the incorrect medication at the wrong time. The project that we selected is entirely for the health of the elderly and those who regularly take medication. Our solution combines a medication dispenser and a reminder to dispense the right medication at the right time. The whole control activity of the smart medicine reminder is regulated by this system's Arduino UNO board. The voice alarm used by the system to remind the patient to take their medication can be adjusted by the patient or their caretakers. The close relatives of the patient, like son, daughter, wife, husband, mother, or father, can be the voice used in this system. To keep the date and time accurate for the system, we use a real-time clock module. Also, we use a 1x5 keypad to set alarms, and an LCD display is used to show the current time and date as well as to set alarms. The dispensing section uses servo motors to provide the medication efficiently. To remind hospital patients to take their medications on time, this approach can also be utilized in hospitals. This Smart medicine dispensers and reminders are highly helpful in a variety of scenarios, including patient homes, hospitals, COVID wards, and quarantine areas. It may also be incorporated into the system in the patient monitoring system.","PeriodicalId":127327,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Of Trendy Research In Engineering And Technology","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125166610","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several algorithms have been developed based on different criteria to compute the complex weights. In this paper the comparison of the performance of algorithms namely Least Mean Square algorithm (LMS) and Sample Matrix Inversion algorithm (SMI) are presented. The main advantage of these algorithms is its simplicity with a minimal loss of accuracy. This paper describes the design of an adaptive antenna array after receiving the signals from the desired and interfering directions. Then the weight vector is evaluated to minimize the error that provides an appropriate beam pattern to each subscriber. For these two algorithms the mean square error and Array factor are evaluated and compared. Simulation results revealed that Least Mean Squares (LMS) are best for beam forming (to form main lobes) towards desired user but they have limitations towards interference rejection. While Sample Matrix Inversion Algorithm (SMI) has satisfactory response towards beam forming and it gives better outcome for interference rejection. It is verified that convergence rate of SMI is faster than LMS so SMI is proved the best choice. The effect of changing number of elements on Array factor for SMI algorithm has also been studied. As a result, the concept of an automatic green street lighting system was proposed, addressing the issue of needless road illumination and, in particular without energy wastage. Street lighting when it is not required is a waste of resources and electrical energy in general. Modern civilization has adopted the philosophy of \"Going Green,\" which is emphasized at all times, particularly in the engineering field. Engineers come up with novel ways to save energy while improving the efficiency of their goods. One of these methods is to use a smart system, which has applications in numerous areas of society, such as at home, at work, and so on. Our main goal is to reduce energy while maintaining user-friendliness. Smart systems, created years ago, are still the foundation and are used to this day, improving as time goes on and striving for even greater development.","PeriodicalId":127327,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Of Trendy Research In Engineering And Technology","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132690994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
