The study focused on Islamic Commercial Banks and Islamic Business Units in Indonesia. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select a dataset of 80 observations from Islamic Commercial Banks and Islamic Business Units rated by PT. PEFINDO between 2015 and 2019. Secondary data for the study were gathered from financial reports on the official websites of the mentioned entities and Sukuk or bond ratings issued by PT. PEFINDO, accessible through its website. The analysis utilized multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicate that profitability, liquidity, and leverage negatively impact Sukuk ratings, whereas productivity does not show a significant influence. This study contributed a distinctive approach to comprehending Sukuk ratings by thoroughly analyzing four crucial independent variables, emphasizing the Indonesian banking sector. However, the study's generalizability is limited due to its restricted timeframe and reliance on secondary data. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih kumpulan data sebanyak 80 observasi dari Bank Umum Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah yang dinilai oleh PT. PEFINDO antara tahun 2015 dan 2019. Data sekunder untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan yang tersedia di situs resmi entitas yang disebutkan dan peringkat Sukuk atau obligasi yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. PEFINDO, yang dapat diakses melalui situs webnya. Analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage berdampak negatif pada peringkat Sukuk, sementara produktivitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan pendekatan yang khas dalam memahami peringkat Sukuk dengan menganalisis secara menyeluruh empat variabel independen penting, dengan menekankan sektor perbankan Indonesia. Namun, generalisabilitas penelitian ini terbatas karena batasan waktu yang terbatas dan ketergantungan pada data sekunder. The halal industry is one of the topics discussed in several scientific forums. The aim of this research was to discuss the development of research trends in the halal industry over a period of 27 years. This research used bibliometric analysis methods to examine in more depth scientific works and literature that discuss the halal industry in order to study the concept and its development from year to year. Data was collected through searching for articles indexed by Scopus with the acquisition of 960 documents related to the halal industry published between 1997-2023. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer software into three categories, namely network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization. The findings show that publications regarding the halal industry have increased significantly. Halal industry research trends based on the author show that Ali, M.H. is the most productive author. The development of halal industry research trends based on keywords shows that halal is the most frequently used keyword, followed by the keywords halal industry, halal tourism, halal food, and Malaysia. Malaysia is the country that has contributed the most to halal industry research. Industri halal menjadi salah satu topik yang dibahas di beberapa forum ilmiah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas perkembangan tren penelitian pada industri halal dalam kurun waktu 27 tahun. Menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam karya-karya ilmiah dan literatur tentang industri halal guna mempelajari konsep serta perkembangannya. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian artikel yang terindeks oleh Scopus dengan perolehan sebanyak 960 dokumen yang diterbitkan antara tahun 1997-2023. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software VOSviewer ke dalam tiga kategori yaitu network visualization, overlay visualization dan density visualization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi mengenai industri halal mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Tren penelitian industri halal berdasarkan penulis menunjukkan bahwa Ali, M.H. merupakan penulis yang paling produktif. Perkembangan tren penelitian industri halal berdasarkan kata kunci menunjukkan bahwa halal merupakan kata kunci yang paling banyak digunakan, diikuti kata kunci halal industri, halal tourisme, halal food, dan Malaysia. The growth of investors in the capital market based on the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) increased by 15.96% in 2022. As an investor, of course, the role of information is taken into account in making investments. The announcement of the fuel price increase is one of the available information and can be used as a reference in determining investment decisions. This study aims to determine the response of Jakarta Islamic Index 30 (JII-30) investors to the price increase (BBM) by observing the difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the 2022 fuel price increase. This research is quantitative and uses the event study method. Based on the research obtained results that between before and after the event occurred, abnormal returns and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) there was no significant difference influenced by the increase in fuel prices. This shows that there is no investor response to the announcements of the fuel price increase. Investors can be wiser and more careful in responding to announcement information and making decisions that will be applied in investing and investors can sort out in advance related announcements and issues as a consideration before making decisions in investing. Keywords: Abnormal Return, Stock Liquidity, Trading Volume Activity, Event Study. ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan investor di pasar modal selalu meningkat dalam setiap tahunnya. Pertumbuhan investor di pasar modal berdasarkan Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) meningkat sebesar 15,96% di tahun 2022. Sebagai seorang investor, tentunya peran informasi adalah salah satu yang diperhitungkan dalam melakukan investasi. Pemberitaan kenaikan harga BBM merupakan salah satu informasi yang tersedia dan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan keputusan dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon investor Jakarta Islamic Index 30 (JII-30) pada kenaikan harga (BBM) melalui pengamatan terhadap perbedaan abnormal return dan juga trading volume activity antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberitaan kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan mengunakan metode event study. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa antara sebelum dan setelah event terjadi, abnormal return dan Trading Volume Activity (TVA) tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan yang dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan harga BBM. Hal tersebut menunjukan tidak adanya respon investor terhadap pemberitaan kenaikan harga BBM. Investor dapat lebih bijak dan cermat dalam menyikapi pemberitaan informasi dan mengambil keputusan yang akan diterapkan dalam berinvestasi serta investor dapat memilah terlebih dahulu terkait berita dan isu sebagai pertimbangan sebelum mengambil keputusan dalam berinvestasi. This study also explored the sentiments and opinions of Indonesian netizens on halal certification. This analysis uses Twitter tweets from April 10 to 24, 2023. A quantitative method was used by using Orange Data Mining. Researchers used the keywords \"Sertifikasi Halal\", \"Label Halal\" and \"Halal MUI\" to obtain 1,000 tweets. The results of the study show that the tweets with the highest number of likes and retweets discuss the ease of obtaining Halal certification, which is guaranteed by the Cipta Kerja Law. In addition, the words \"halal\", \"certification\", and \"MUI\" are the most frequently used words in Twitter conversations. The most discussed topics by netizens about halal certification include \"halal\", \"certification\", \"food\", \"MUI\", \"product\", \"sucofindo\", \"permit\", and \"safe\". Twitter is dominated by tweets with neutral sentiments shown by joy emotions, as much as 68.22% of the total tweets. Keywords: Halal certification, sentiment analysis, Twitter, Machine learning, Orange data mining ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kata-kata dan topik yang paling banyak dibicarakan tentang sertifikasi halal di Twitter Indonesia. Serta untuk menemukan sentimen dan emosi netizen Indonesia tentang sertifikasi halal. Data penelitian ini berasal dari tweet Twitter yang diambil dari 10 April 2023 hingga 24 April 2023. Metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan bantuan Orange Data Mining. Peneliti menggunakan kata kunci “Sertifikasi Halal”, “Label Halal”, dan “Halal MUI” untuk mendapatkan 1.000 tweet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tweet yang memiliki jumlah like dan retweet terbanyak membahas tentang kemudahan perizinan sertifikasi halal yang dijamin dalam UU Cipta Kerja. Selain itu, kata \"Halal\", \"Sertifikasi\", dan \"MUI\" merupakan kata yang paling sering muncul dalam percakapan di Twitter. Topik yang paling banyak diperbincangkan oleh warganet mengenai sertifikasi halal antara lain topik \"halal\", \"sertifikasi\", \"makanan\", \"MUI\", \"produk\", \"sucofindo\", \"izin\", dan \"aman\". Twitter didominasi oleh tweet dengan sentimen netral yang ditunjukkan dengan emosi kegembiraan sebanyak 68,22% dari total tweet. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method on 132 muzakki permanent members of zakat institutions using the variables of familiarity, trust, commitment, and loyalty. The results of this study note that the closeness of the relational relationship between zakat institution officials and muzakki as assessed from the familiarity factor in general has a positive relationship with the emergence of trust and commitment which in turn fosters muzakki's loyalty to the zakat institution they choose; However, this closeness does not significantly influence the emergence of trust, commitment and loyalty. One of the reasons for this to happen is that the public still has high distrust of zakat institutions, so it is very important for zakat institutions to start using a professional and responsible management pattern and have the support of all people. Keyword: Intimacy, Trust, Commitment, and Loyalty Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keakraban lembaga zakat dengan muzakki guna mendapatkan kepercayaan, komitmen dan loyalitas agar mendorong peningkatan dana amal yaitu Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah (ZIS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode Partial Least Square (PLS) pada 132 muzakki anggota tetap lembaga zakat dengan menggunakan variable keakraban , kepercayaan, komitmen, dan loyalitas. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa keeratan hubungan relasional antara petugas lembaga zakat dan muzakki yang dinilai dari faktor keakraban secara umum memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan timbulnya kepercayaan dan komitmen yang pada akhirnya menumbuhkan loyalitas muzakki pada lembaga zakat yang mereka pilih; akan tetapi keeratan tersebut tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap munculnya kepercayaan, komitmen dan loyalitas. Salah satu sebab hal tersebut terjadi adalah masih tingginya ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga zakat sehingga sangat penting bagi lembaga zakat untuk mulai menggunakan pola manajemen yang profesional dan bertanggung jawab serta mendapat dukungan dari semua umat. A quantitative method with purposive sampling method was used in this research and the total respondents were 280. This study used SEM-PLS to analyze the data by using the SmartPLS 3.0 program as an estimation tool. The results of this research show that the variables product design, brand image, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Muslim fashion products. Meanwhile, product quality and social media have no effect on purchasing decisions on Muslim fashion products. Brand image variable exerts a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions through lifestyle. However, lifestyle does not enhance the influence of design, price, quality, and social media on consumer purchasing decisions for Muslim fashion products. Keywords: Lifestyle, Purchase Decision, Muslim Fashion ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk fashion muslim yang dimoderasi oleh variabel gaya hidup. Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan berjumlah 280 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0 sebagai alat estimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel desain produk, citra merek dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion muslim. Sedangkan kualitas produk dan media sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion muslim. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui gaya hidup. Namun gaya hidup tidak memperkuat pengaruh desain, harga, kualitas dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk fashion muslim. Hal ini mengindikasiakan bahwa produsen fashion muslim perlu meningkatkan promosi yang kreatif di media sosial agar lebih berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. A quantitative hypothesis was then developed based on the qualitative investigation and the adoption literature. Survey data was collected from 407 Muslim consumers in Indonesia using SEM-PLS. The results showed that the variables halal labeled food intention, halal labeled food safety, and halal labeled food knowledge showed a significant and positive influence on the intention to buy halal labeled food and repeat purchases of halal labeled food. This shows increasing consumer awareness about product halalness, health, and perceived value, which in turn encourages consumer interest to buy food products labeled halal. Hipotesis kuantitatif kemudian dikembangkan berdasarkan penyelidikan kualitatif dan literatur adopsi. Data survei dikumpulkan dari 407 konsumen muslim dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Hasilnya variabel niat makanan berlabel halal, keamanan makanan berlabel halal, dan pengetahuan makanan berlabel halal menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap niat beli makanan berlabel halal dan pengulangan pembelian makanan berlabel halal. We investigated 83 Shariah Rural Banks (SRBs) on the island of Java from 2017 to 2021 with quarterly data. We employed the dynamic panel data regression with the two-step system GMM method. Our study also splits SRBs into large and small SRBs. Our findings show that the stability and funding risk positively influence the margin. The CAR positively influences the margin but assets, CIR, and NPF are negatively associated with the margin. However, stability and funding risk can increase margin only for large SRBs. Our results imply that SRBs should increase their equity and mobilize their third party to improve their margin. In addition, SRBs should improve their operating efficiency and manage low financing risk. This research contributed to Islamic banking literature by including stability and funding risk in influencing margins. Keywords: Stability, funding risk, bank-specific variable, Margin, Shariah rural banks ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh stabilitas dan resiko pendanaan serta faktor spesifik bank dan kondisi makroekonomi terhadap margin dari Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Shariah (BPRS). Studi ini menganalisis BPRS di Jawa yang berjumlah 83 bank pada 2017-2021 dengan data kuartalan. Metode estimasi adalah regresi panel dinamis dengan metode two-step system GMM. Selanjutnya, studi ini membagi BPRS menjadi BPRS besar dan kecil. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa stabilitas dan resiko pendanaan berpengaruh positif terhadap margin. CAR berpengaruh positif sedangkan asset, CIR, dan NPF berpengaruh negatif terhadap margin. Namun, stabilitas dan resiko pendanaan berpengaruh terhadap margin hanya pada BPRS besar. Implikasinya, BPRS harus meningkatkan permodalan dan memobilisasi deposito supaya meningkatkan margin serta BPRS harus memperbaiki efisiensi dan mengurangi pembiayaan macet. Kontribusi penelitian adalah penggunaan variabel stabiltias dan resiko pendanaan di dalam mempengaruhi margin. This study uses panel data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey Wave 4 and Wave 5, with a sample consisting of Muslim household heads with a history of secondary education (SMA/SMK) and higher education. The data were processed and analysed using the fixed effects regression method using STATA software version 17. The results of this study indicate a significant and positive influence between the above-average level of education of Muslim households and the amount of charitable expenditure of the household. A household headed by a person with a high school, vocational school, or university education is predisposed to a higher amount of alms giving. Individual characteristics of the household head, including marital status, occupation, and religious observance, play a significant role in determining the amount of household alms given. This research has potential implications for providing recommendations to the community, religious institutions, and the government to increase participation and the amount of alms given. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang bersumber dari data Indonesian Family Life Survey gelombang 4 dan gelombang 5, dengan sampel yang terdiri atas kepala rumah tangga beragama Islam dan memiliki riwayat pendidikan menengah (SMA/SMK) dan Perguruan Tinggi. Data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi Fixed Effect dengan bantuan software STATA versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara tingkat pendidikan rumah tangga muslim di atas rata-rata dengan jumlah pengeluaran sedekah rumah tangga. Rumah tangga dengan kepala rumah tangga dengan riwayat pendidikan pada tingkat SMA/SMK dan Perguruan Tinggi cenderung memberikan jumlah sedekah yang lebih besar. Selain tingkat pendidikan, karakteristik individu kepala rumah tangga seperti status perkawinan, pekerjaan, dan kepatuhan beribadah menjadi faktor yang cukup penting dalam memengaruhi besaran sedekah rumah tangga yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dapat berimplikasi sebagai dasar untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada masyarakat, lembaga agama, dan pemerintah dalam upaya meningkatkan partisipasi dan jumlah sedekah. The study employs a quantitative research method with the Panel Least Square (PLS) approach, and Lagrange Multiplier test is used to determine the appropriate regression model. The Common Effect Model (CEM) is found to be the best fit regression model. After conducting the Lagrange Multiplier test, the study proceeds to examine the classical assumptions. The research population consists of Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority during 2017-2021, and the sample includes those banks that have published financial reports and Shariah business good governance reports. The main finding of this research reveals a significant positive influence of Shariah business good governance on the profit growth of Islamic commercial banks. This indicates that the increased implementation of Shariah business good governance principles leads to a significant enhancement in profit growth. Common Effect Model (CEM) terbukti menjadi model regresi yang terbaik. Setelah melakukan uji Lagrange Multiplier, penelitian ini melanjutkan dengan menguji asumsi-asumsi klasik. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan selama periode 2017-2021, dan sampel penelitian mencakup bank-bank tersebut yang telah menerbitkan laporan keuangan dan laporan Good Governance Bisnis Syariah. Hasil utama dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Good Governance Bisnis Syariah yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan laba bank umum syariah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin bank umum syariah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Good Governance Bisnis Syariah yang baik, maka pertumbuhan labanya akan meningkat secara signifikan.
