This research was conducted from May 2022 to August 2022. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with consumers using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from Moffee Coffee Store documents. With the number of respondents as many as 81 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and spearman rank correlation analysis. \u0000Based on the research results, the level of customer satisfaction at the Moffee Coffee Store is classified as very satisfied with a total score of 1430. Data collection methods are interviews, recording and documentation. The data collected in this study are primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the Ranoketang Atas Village office and Touluaan Sub District Office. \u0000The research results indicated that there is a significant difference level of income between farmers who sell coconuts in the form of coconut seeds and farmers who sell coconuts in the form of copra with the average income of farmers who sell coconuts in the form of coconut seeds of Rp. 16,915,929 per quarter and the average income of farmers who sell coconut in the form of copra is Rp. 20,719,939 per quarter. This research was carried out for 2 months, namely in May and June 2022. The research location was carried out at the Angel Bamboo Crafts Kiosk, Kinilow Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using direct interview techniques with the owner (owner) of the Bamboo Crafts business using a questionnaire. Based on the processed profit data for Angel Kiosk for May 2022, a profit of Rp. 6,374,334 supported by an R/C Ratio value of 1.23 and data on the profits of Kiosk Angel for June 2022 which have been processed, a profit of Rp. 4,194,334 is supported by an R/C Ratio value of 1.20. Minahasa Regency has considerable potential in the agricultural sector because it is supported by relatively good land and climate conditions, but the poverty rate in Minahasa Regency is still relatively high. The objective of this research is  to determine the relationship between GRDP in the agricultural sector and the number of poor people in Minahasa Regency. The time of this research was carried out from January to March 2021. The data variables used in this study were the GRDP of the Agricultural Sector and the Number of Poor Population in Minahasa Regency which were secondary data for the period 2008 to 2019 from the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi. The objective of this research is to analyze the benefits and added value of chrysanthemum flowers at the Berkat Anugerah Florist in Kakaskasen I Village, North Tomohon Sub District, Tomohon City. The benefit of this research is that it can provide a source of information about the added value and benefits of chrysanthemum. Methods of data collection, namely primary and secondary data as well as the variables measured in this study for a series of hanging round cranes, standard standing cranes, large standing cranes and table flowers. The results of the data obtained will then be processed and analyzed in more depth using added value analysis according to the hayami method. \u0000The research result showed that has been done showed that flower arrangements at the Florist which provide added value as follows for large standing bouquets have the greatest added value with an added value of Rp. 32,907.08, two hanging round cranes with an added value of Rp. 14,017.21, the three table flowers with an added value of Rp. 7,602.22 and finally a standard standing crane with an added value of Rp. 7,377.78. Meanwhile, the biggest profit for business owners is a large standing crane with a profit of Rp. 32407.08. Then the hanging crane with a profit of Rp. 13017.21. Standard standing faucet with a profit of Rp. 6,477.77. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Sampling technique in this study with purposive sampling technique. The number of sample farmer groups is 2 groups of respondents, Torona and Kompas with each having 20 members. Data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation methods. Variable levels of the role of the extension worker that were measured were the role of the extensionist as a motivator, the role of the extensionist as an educator, the role of the extensionist as a catalyst, the role of the extensionist as an organizer, the role of the extensionist as a communicator and the role of the extensionist as an adviser. Rolelevel variables are measured using a Likert scale. \u0000The research results showed that the role of agricultural extension workers in the Torona and Kompas farmer groups was very instrumental, both in their roles as motivators, educators, catalysts, organizers, communicators with the role scores obtained ranging from 264 to 271 and their roles as advisors with scores obtained ranging from 177 and 179. This research was carried out for 2 months, from April to May 2022. The place of this research was carried out in Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents based on a list of questions. Secondary data were collected and obtained from agencies related to this research. The sampling method used purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples intentionally as many as 5 people consisting of the head of the farmer group, consultant, BPP coordinator, field extension workers and the government. The informants were chosen because they were considered to have a better understanding of the existing problems in order to determine the soybean development strategy in Sonder District. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples of farmers is 10 respondents, and stakeholders in the village of Toraget are 3 people consisting of the Toraget village government and also supervisors as development strategy experts. This study used questionnaires and interviews as well as FGDs to see how the corn farming business in Toraget Village was developed. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. \u0000The results of the analysis on the SWOT matrix obtained the coordinates (0.97 : 1.46) which show that these coordinates are in quadrant 1, which supports an aggressive strategy. That of all the strengths of the availability of dry land that is still wide has a weight value of 0.15 and a rating of 4, experience in corn farming has a weight value of 0.15 and a rating of 4, the existence of institutions (farmer groups and Gapoktan) has a weight of 0.12 and a rating of 3 .3, the availability of agricultural production inputs has a weight of 0.14 and a rating of 3.8. However, these favorable conditions do not make the economic development of each Regency/City more evenly distributed. For this reason, research on inequality in development between districts in Papua Province is very necessary. Furthermore, the objective of this study is to analyze the level of development inequality and economic growth between districts/cities in Papua Province in 2018-2021. \u0000This research was conducted from November 2021 to February 2022. The data used are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Papua Province; with the variables used: GRDP of Papua Province at Constant Prices, GRDP of Regency/City of Papua Province, Total Population of Papua Province, and Total Population of Regency/City of Papua Province. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of regional inequality (Williamson Index) and analysis of the regional approach (Klassen Typology) with processing using Microsoft Excel. \u0000Based on the results of the research and discussion, the conclusions of this study are that: inequality that occurs in Papua Province between districts/cities in the 2018-2021 period had increased. The average Williamson Index score in Papua Province in the research period was 0.585256472 (or 0.59) with high inequality criteria. And, the classification of districts/cities based on economic growth and per capita GRDP in Papua Province uses the Klassen Typology analysis tool for the 2018-2021 period with a regional approach divided into four existing classifications. The research method used is a case study in the UMKM instant herbal drink \"Jakulawa\". Data used in March 2022. Data collection in this study used interviews and documentation. The interview was conducted by directly interviewing the owner of the instant herbal drink \"Jakulawa\" as a respondent using a questionnaire that had been prepared previously (questionnaire). Documentation is done by collecting data related to research both from related agencies and the internet. \u0000The results of the research showed that the \"Jakulawa\" instant herbal drink business incurs a total production cost of IDR 569,721.
