Pouchelon","doi":"10.1051/978-2-7598-0240-1-013","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1051/978-2-7598-0240-1-013","url":null,"abstract":"L'adherence des elastomeres silicones au meme titre que celle des polymeres en general requiert un bon mouillage des supports sur lesquels ils sont appliques. Il est en effet bien evident que le developpement des interactions entre support et adhesif est conditionne par la qualite du mouillage. Or, le niveau des interactions et les proprietes mecaniques de l'adhesif sont deux phenomenes essentiels pour une bonne performance du collage realise. Apres avoir presente les compositions silicones auto-adherentes et leurs principes de formulation, on discute les resultats d'une etude menee sur l'etalement des silicones sur un support modele. Les divers regimes d'etalement sont ainsi pris en compte dans les multiples situations rencontrees (fluides simples, fluides reactifs du support, fluides a seuil d'ecoulement et fluides reactifs a seuil d'ecoulement). Dans chacun de ces cas des compositions silicones ont modelise ces fluides. Il apparait ainsi clairement que le renforcement de la rheologie des colles n'est pas favorable a leur etalement sur les supports a assembler. A partir de ce nouveau type de materiau, des nanocapsules ont ete preparees par la methode de nanocristallisation. Les nanocapsules de perfluorocarbones (NC-PFC) ainsi obtenues, sont des vesicules spheriques et homogenes avec un diametre moyen de 335 nm et un potentiel zeta de -73 mV. Elles sont stables pendant 35 jours a 4°C et a 25°C. Ces NC-PFC constituent un transporteur perfluore potentiel pour diverses formes pharmaceutiques. Leur potentiel comme systeme de liberation controlee de l'oxygene a ete evalue. Les NC-PFC permettent une liberation prolongee de l'oxygene avec un effet retard comparativement a l'eau. Les resultats de cette etude suggerent que les cyclodextrines fluorees pourraient constituer un nouveau composant prometteur pour la formation de nanocapsules.
