The electrochemical properties of the AC electrodes were investigated at room temperature by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in 1 M H2SO4. The morphology, textural and chemical composition of the AC electrodes were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 adsorption isotherm and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The specific surface area (SBET), the total pore volume (Vt) and the micropore volume (Vμ) were found to increase with increase in both bed temperature and activation time with AC900-40 having the highest BET surface area of 574.37 m g, total pore volume of 0.124 cm g and micropore volume of 0.116 cm g. However, activation time was observed to have more profound effect as indicated by the values for AC800-40 being higher than that of AC900-20. The results of the electrochemical characterization show that the AC electrodes exhibit specific capacitance, power density and energy density of 134.68 F g, 225 W kg and 4.68 Wh Kg, respectively. Thus, the results indicated that using bed temperature as control parameter in microwave heating is a promising route to producing AC electrode with excellent performance.","PeriodicalId":126149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT 2020)","volume":"85 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129111638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Understanding these phenomena is very critical since SMEs have used social media to interact with their customers, however little researches has been conducted so far that linked social media and CRM capabilities. This study applied a sequential mixed method, including interview with informants, and surveys to a total of 206 respondents in the SMEs Gapura Digital forum. The collected data was checked using the structural equation modeling. This study clarifies that social media is a mandatory tool to connect with customer needs. In which the environmental context has a positive impact of 24% therefore, this study suggested an application of CRM in SMEs which is strongly motivated by the environmental context, such as a forum or group of SMEs that enable them to coordinate and exchange information easier among themselves. The study of this phenomenon is expected to contribute to the development of science, especially CRM and SMEs.","PeriodicalId":126149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT 2020)","volume":"26 8","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120860423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This camera-based RCAS uses a Pixy CMUCAM5 camera to measure the distance of a leading car. The measured distance used as the input of a Fuzzy Logic Algorithm will determine the speed and steering angle of the car. This system is applied to a small toy car with an Active Steering Assist to execute the calculated movement that should be performed by the car. The use of this system is proven to improve the level of the safety of the car by successfully avoiding possible collisions.","PeriodicalId":126149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT 2020)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123847113","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an important issue because will ultimately affect profit as the main goal. This study aims to examine the factors that affect nonperforming financing (NPF) at Islamic rural banks in Indonesia, those are economic conditions consisting of gross domestic product (GDP), Bank Indonesia-rate (BI-rate), and inflation, and banking. The policy consists of financial to deposit ratio (FDR) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and their impact on profitability. The population of this study is all Islamic rural banks in Indonesia with a sample of banks operating during 2014-2018. Panel data is analyzed using the PLS-SEM tool. The result shows that inflation as well as FDR, have a positive effect on NPF, while GDP, BI-rate, and CAR have no effect on NPF. Results also indicate that NPF has a negative effect on profitability. These results can be a consideration for bank management to control financial and pay attention to rising inflation, to overcome non-performing financing, because these two factors can be signals in control and managing to develop the profit.","PeriodicalId":126149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT 2020)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126039658","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially changes in behavior related to the Five Fundamental Principles (Pancasila) values during the e-learning teaching period. Students need to be aware that every decision taken is related to themselves and has implications for their social life and environment. The research described in this paper uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection used the Most Significant Change (MSC) method developed in 1995 by Davies and popularized by Davies and Dart. MSC is a participatory, qualitative data collection and analysis method which is story-based. The process involved collecting stories from sixty (60) students as participants. Forty-five stories were shared by participants to identify the Most Significant Change to students' behavior development. Mostly about the impact of changes in learning patterns from a face-to-face approach and practice in classrooms at higher education locations, which change into online lectures using various applications. There are many characters based on students' Pancasila values during learning from home, including strengthening prayer obligation, living independently, having enthusiasm, building unity, cooperation, helping each other, being creative, and never giving up. The challenge of availability of stable internet access and good quality computers much supports student learning outcomes. All parties highly support providing an internet quota from the government through the institution to provide education. Learning from home for the Pancasila Education course can be concluded as quite successful, although some obstacles are still implementing.","PeriodicalId":126149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT 2020)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124230002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
