To accommodate this requirement many higher education’s institutions try to create new initiatives to enrich the graduate’s competency of students with working experience so it can reduce the gap competency that industry faced when they recruit fresh graduate. One of the solutions proposed by XYZ university for higher education institution is to create enrichment program. The enrichment program is a program to increase student experience in real world work environment. In this program, the students will involve in working environment to learn how to be the worker in company and they will do all responsibility as an employee. To facilitate the enrichment program can running well, this study will propose the systems to accommodate enrichment program operation. Therefore, the design of this system aims to identify, analyze needs, and design a website-based application that is integrated with learning management systems so it can be used easily by parties involved in the enrichment processes, such as student, study program departments, enrichment program division, and company as an enrichment partner. This application is designed using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which refers to architecture design, interface design, and database design. The result of this study is the model of enrichment systems that can facilitate the daily operation of enrichment program to accommodate the requirement of each party (student, study program, enrichment division, and company as partner).","PeriodicalId":125643,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125078456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Smart education is a learning concept that is developed by intelligent technology development. Therefore smart education must be able to provide an update of learning methods. Smart education must make it easier for users to interact and collaborate to make, organize, and share knowledge from anywhere and at any time accessible. In this paper, we conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method to find out the features that exist in MOOCs in the era of intelligent education. This paper presents a comprehensive view of the development of MOOC features in the era of smart education in higher education. Our contribution is comprehensive information about MOOC features in the era of intelligent education in higher education, to improve the quality of learning, and possible use in practice.","PeriodicalId":125643,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"521 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123062372","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general, students need to improve their soft skills in the areas of self-management, teamwork, communication, initiative and entrepreneurship, problem solving & decision-making, planning and organization, etc. With these soft skills, students are expected to have more added value when studying in higher education. This qualitative paper discusses business processes and also user interface for application in higher education institutions to attract more students to participate in activities held by faculty committee or student activity units. With this research, students can be more interesting in terms of gamification in the form of obtaining an e-badge if it has reached a level in the soft skills of the higher education institution.","PeriodicalId":125643,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132520091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The existing condition of ICT development in Indonesia shows that almost half of villages have been connected to telecommunications services including 4G network. This is a good potential for utilizing ICT for village development in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to formulate ICT indicators in building a smart village model in Indonesia and formulate strategies in utilizing ICT for village development in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach and used documentation studies to collect data. While for data analysis this study used interactive analysis techniques. The results showed that ICT is one of the variables of the appropriate technology dimension in the smart village model. The ICT variable has nine indicators which are classified into three groups of indicators, namely (1) ICT infrastructure, (2) ICT literacy and (3) ICT services. The strategy for utilizing ICT in developing smart villages in Indonesia includes four basic strategies where collaboration is the main key to success.","PeriodicalId":125643,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129000075","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
