The feed of antenna is realized by the coupling slot of the middle of the main feeder excite the secondary feeder, that ensuring the maximum gain of the antenna is stable in the horizontal direction. The bandwidth of S11 (-10dB) is enhanced to 11.2% (10.2~11.4GHz) by the capacitive short circuit branch and impedance matching section. The measure results show that the realized gain of array is greater than 8dBi in work bandwidth, and peak realized gain is 9.56dBi. When encoding, the same message bits are respectively encoded by two same SCRA codes to obtain respective check bits. During transmission, the message bits and the obtained parity bits are merged into one codeword for transmission. Besides, density evolution algorithm was proposed to compute the iterative decoding threshold of PC-SCRA code ensemble over the binary erasure channel. Simulation results show that the proposed PC-SCRA code ensemble has excellent BP threshold performance close to Shannon limit and is superior to the spatially coupled LDPC (SC-LDPC) code with same coderate, which provides a new way for construrting capacity-approaching SC-LDPC codes.","PeriodicalId":124337,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130187008","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The wide application of the internet of things (IoT) makes the data amount rapidly increase. This leads to further raise the requirement for data processing in smart cities, especially the demand for low latency and abundant data in real-time video services. To solve this problem, a Flink based framework with smart city adaption is proposed. A mathematical model for data processing in smart cities is formulated. Through this model's solution, the path with the minimum resource occupancy ratio (ROR) is obtained. The superiority and feasibility of our work are validated via numerical simulation and prototype implementation, respectively.","PeriodicalId":124337,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134347388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this proposed method, we initially select a small number of atoms, calculate the spectral similarity between each atom and the cluster center of the sample through the Gaussian kernel function, and then take the average value. For an atomic dictionary with low spectral similarity, we increase the number of atoms to make it sufficiently representative of this class. The principal component analysis is adopted to extract the principal components of the dictionary after reselecting the atoms, which help to reduce redundant components of the dictionary and facilitates the sparse representation classification. Experiments on the Indian pines datasets show that the presented method can better classify hyperspectral datasets with fewer atoms.","PeriodicalId":124337,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131667829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Load frequency control (LFC), as a vital role in microgrids, can maintain the stability of the microgrid and ensure that the exchange power on the tie line between interconnected power systems remains at the desired value. In the LFC system, wireless communication is the key factor to make the system more efficient and concise while it gives rise to delays in the meantime. In this paper, an optimal LFC algorithm is proposed in the presence of the network-induced delay. First, the LFC system is analyzed, and then the discrete-time system model is established. Then, the optimal LFC problem is formulated using a quadratic cost function with the objective of minimizing the deviations of frequency. The optimal close-loop control strategy is solved in an iterative manner by using a backward recursion which can be divided into two steps. In particular, the optimal control gain can be iteratively derived at off-line step, and then the control strategy can be calculated at on-line step. Finally, the performance and stability of proposed optimal LFC algorithm are verified by numerical simulations to highlight its superiority compared with the existing algorithms.","PeriodicalId":124337,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT)","volume":"608 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127521746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
