The process of printing bricks while using a brick printing machine operated by two operators and equipment that was almost obsolete were the obstacles faced by the partners during the survey by the implementing team. The output of this service is a new brick printing machine that can be operated by only one operator so that it can increase work efficiency in brick making. This dedication succeeded in overcoming the obstacles faced by brick-making entrepreneurs in terms of brick-making. The village has abundant natural resources in the form of water. Water in Pandanrejo Village is managed by PAMDes under the auspices of BUMDes Pandanrejo. The problem faced by PAMDes Pandanrejo is the preparation of its financial statements which are not in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This makes it difficult for residents to understand, resulting in distrust of PAMDes Pandanrejo's financial management. This problem encourages the author to carry out community service in the form of training and assistance in preparing financial reports. The method used in developing this program includes six stages, namely problem analysis, making financial report formats, education and socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. However, there are still many people who do not understand digital marketing, especially among women entrepreneurs in North Sumatra. Although they are accustomed to using social media as a communication medium, this habit must continue to be improved in developing their business marketing strategies. The lack of understanding of women entrepreneurs about digital marketing encourages community service activities to be carried out by delivering socialization and providing training on the use of information and communication technology. From the partner's problems obtained, the solution offered to partners is to provide material related to knowledge of digital marketing concepts and provide skills in the use and optimization of information technology products. The methods used in this activity are lectures, questions and answers, and simulations. The target to be achieved in this community service activity is the implementation of the introduction and optimal utilization of digital marketing in an effort to increase sales for women entrepreneurs in North Sumatra who are members of several women entrepreneurial communities. \u0000Keywords: Digital Marketing, Womenpreneurs, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises \u0000Abstrak \u0000Di era yang serba digital, digital marketing merupakan salah satu cara paling efektif untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan. Walau demikian, masih banyak orang yang belum memahami mengenai digital marketing khususnya di lingkungan wirausaha perempuan di Sumatera Utara.Walaupun mereka sudah terbiasa menggunakan media sosial sebagai media komunikasi tetapi kebiasaan ini harus terus ditingkatkan penggunaannya dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran usahanya. Kurangnya pemahaman wirausaha perempuan mengenai digital marketing mendorong untuk dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan cara menyampaikan sosialisasi dan memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dari permasalahan mitra yang didapatkan maka solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah dengan memberikan materi terkait pengetahuan tentang konsep digital marketing dan memberikan keterampilan dalam penggunaan dan optimalisasi produk teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Faisal Arif Nasution, M.Si, this tourist village was formed by involving the local village government and stakeholders to build a new tourism image in Deli Serdang Regency. \u0000            This research discusses a problem that is currently rife, namely law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. Where, based on data published in online media, it is clear that in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, gambling is rife in Deli Serdang Regency. This is what prompted the service team to be interested in doing this PKM. By providing socialization or legal counseling to the community, the local community can understand what the legal consequences are and how to enforce the law against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. So that it is hoped that the local community will not fall prey to online gambling crimes. \u0000            During a visit to the Lama Pantai Labu Village, North Sumatra, it was found that the community still did not understand the law, especially regarding law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media and their role and participation and the community in dealing with online gambling. So that the Implementation Team provided legal counseling to the local community regarding law enforcement against perpetrators of online gambling crimes on social media. What can the public do to prevent or overcome online gambling which is increasingly widespread. Selain keindahan pasir dan air laut yang memanjakan mata, disekitar pantai yang dikelola secara swadaya oleh masyarakat sekitar, pantai ini juga menyajikan berbagai macam olahan ikan bakar dan seafood yang tidak kalah lezat. Salah satu rumah makan yang menyajikan olahan tersebut adalah rumah makan Mbak Maya. Permasalahan yang muncul pada rumah makan Mbak Maya yaitu ada pada bidang penjualan dan pemasaran. Pada bidang penjualan, rumah makan Mbak Maya ini mengalami penurunan penjualan selama ada pandemi covid 19 dan juga rumah makan Mbak Maya ini terkesan hanya menyediakan makanan berat saja. Berbeda dengan yang ada di pantai lain, mereka juga menyediakan makanan ringan dengan suasana tempat yang menarik, sehingga hal ini bisa menarik pengunjung khususnya dari kalangan anak muda. Permasalahan yang lain adalah rumah makan Mbak Maya mengalami permasalahan di bidang pemasaran. Pemasaran hanya dari mulut ke mulut sehingga kurang efektif dan tidak bisa menjangkau pelanggan yang jauh lebih banyak. To provide feed for their goats, farmers have to grind elephant grass, cassava leaves and other forages that grow around the farm site or sometimes from nearby villages. This is quite energy and time consuming for the farmer. If the feed can be stocked for a long period of time, the effectiveness of the farmer's work will be higher. The purpose of this program is to apply appropriate technology to goat farmer groups in processing feed sources by mechanically processing through modernization of livestock with multipurpose animal feed chopping machines, increasing efficiency in the use of goat feed and time effectiveness for raising livestock. This service method is by making a chopping machine for goats that is tailored to the needs of partners and training partners on how to operate and maintain the chopper.
