Examination protocols on orbital MRI in retinoblastoma cases have several sequences in pre- and post-contrast agent. The purposes of this research was to determine the orbits MRI procedure in the retinoblastoma case.The Methods of this research is a descriptive of qualitative with case study method. The data were collected in unit of radiology DR. Saiful Anwar Malang by using observation method, documentation and interview of radiolog and radiographers. Data analyzed by using presented and data reduction to get the conclusion and suggestion. The results is an orbital MRI examination is concerned with MRI safety with patient screening and informed consent. The protocol for pre-contrast agent orbital MRI was T1 3D TSE axial, T2 TSE axial, DWI axial, T2 TSE fat saturated axial , and T2 DRIVE axial. On post-contrast agent using sagittal T1 FFE sequences, T1 3D TSE axial . The use of slice thickness is 3mm and 1mm in 3D image, 2D T2 DRIVE and 2D T1 FFE post contrast. gadolinium contrast agent as much as 5 mmol/10ml injection intravenously. Di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau hanya menggunakan satu sekuens TOF dari dua sekuen tindakan MRA non kontras yaitu TOF dan PC. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, pemeriksaan MRA non kontras terdapat dua sekuen yang perlu digunakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menghasilkan citra pembuluh darah renal yang baik. \u0000Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan informasi citra anatomi MRA Renal dengan menggunakan 2 metode MRA non kontras yaitu time of flight dan phase contrast. Penelitian ini menerapkan perhitungan rumus Lemeshaw dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, dengan menggunakan 10 pasien MRA Renal dan 3 dokter spesialis radiologi sebagai responden penilaian citra.. \u0000Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara sekuen tof dan pc pada anatomi renal artery dan segmental arteries. Namun, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan ditunjukkan pada penilaian anatomi yang dilakukan  (interlobar arteries, arcate arteries, dan interlobular arteries). Hampir dari seluruh indikator menunjukkan p-value sebesar <0,050, dengan sekuen 3d time of flight  menunjukkan superioritas pada seluruh aspek yang dinilai dibandingkan dengan sekuen 3d phase contrast. \u0000Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan informasi citra anatomi pada MRA Renal dengan menggunakan sekuen 3d time of flight  dan 3d phase contrast. Pada sekuen 3d time of flight  mampu menghasilkan citra arteri dengan baik namun kurang dalam menampilkan citra vena. One of the radiological examinations to establish the diagnosis of LBP is a radiographic examination of the lumbar spine. In the examination procedure, the radiological examination of the lumbar spine, the patient's position during the examination was arranged to sleep supine on the examination table, while at RSI Purwokerto the examination of the lumbar vertebrae with the case of LBP the patient position setting was arranged to stand in front of the bucky stand. The research used in the preparation of this scientific article is a qualitative research with approach case study, the method of data collection is carried out by direct observation of the technique of radiographic examination of the lumbar spine with LBP cases at the Radiology Installation of Islamic Hospital Purwokerto and data collection methods by taking data from documents, including radiographs, medical records and radiographic readings. On radiographic examination of the lumbar spine with LBP cases with the patient standing, the results were: low back pain with normal lumbar curvature and no disc narrowing. The purpose of this study was to find  the Appendicogram examination management with clinical appendicitis in the Radiology Installation of Arifin Achmad Hospital,  Riau Province, to find out why there were differences in appendicogram examination techniques between the theory and the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province and to see the Appendicogram radiograph results with eight hours waiting time. \u0000  \u0000Method: This research is qualitative with a descriptive research design and a study case approach. The subjects used were 3 radiologists, 1 sending doctor, and 3 radiographers. The object of the study was 2 patients who had undergone an appendicogram examination with appendicitis clinical at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. \u0000  \u0000Result: The results showed that the appendicogram examination did not need specific preparation. The patient was not subjected to plain radiographic before given contrast because plain radiographs on the appendicogram because it did not give any information. The patient was given a contrast of 50gr of barium sulfate mixed with 250ml of water. Post contrast photo 8 hours later, the reason for using 8 hours is because normal human peristalsis ranges from 6-8 hours. Radiasi hamburan ini akan menambah jumlah dosis radiasi yang diterima. Semakin dekat tubuh kita dengan sumer radiasi maka paparan radiasi yang kita terima akan semakin besar. Berdasarkan prinsip proteksi radiasi eksternal untuk mencegah paparan radiasi tersebut kita dapat menjaga jarak pada tingkat yang aman, menggunakan perisai dari sumber radiasi dan juga mempersingkat waktu diarea radiasi. \u0000Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan eksperimental. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSIA Zainab pada bulan Juni 2021. Beban kerja yang didaptkan 260 hari per tahun dan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menangani pasien 5-10 menit untuk pasien konven dan Ct-Scan dan untuk kontras 30-1 jam tergantung pemeriksaan dan waktu kerja dalam sehari 7-8 jam. Pada penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sudah terpenuhi atau  belum terhadap ketujuh komponen tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemeriksaan radiologi LBP dan penyebab proyeksi lateral tanpa sudut. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data dari observasi, studi literatur dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan lumbal di RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali menggunakan AP, Oblique dan Lateral dengan tegak lurus untuk arah sinar. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan survey kuesioner dan desain penelitian adalah komparatif. Variabel penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah variabel terikat (dependen) (mahasiswa Teknik Radiologi semester IV Stikes Awal Bros Pekanbaru), Variabel bebas 1 (sebelum pandemi) dan variabel bebas 2 (selama pandemi). Penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh mahasiswa semester IV STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 55 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Google Form dengan mengambil data menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden berupa pertanyaan positif dan pertanyaan negative sehingga didapatkan jawaban. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, customer sactifation index dan uji friedman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini peneliti menyimpulkan masih banyak mahasiswa STIKES AWAL BROSS PEKANBARU yang belum menyadari pentingnya mengkonsumsi vitamin C. Dalam masa pandemi seperti ini sangat sangat dianjurkan untuk mengkonsumsi vitamin C secara cukup dan teratur.
