In 2022, the poverty level in the republic decreased from 17.0% to 14.0%, and 1 million citizens were lifted out of poverty. Based on a generalization of theoretical approaches to the concept of “image,” an analysis and clarification of the essence of this concept is presented, and a rationale for the marketing approach is given. Within the framework of the identified approaches, the features and functions of forming a positive image of the organization are presented. Then correlation-regression analysis method was applied in econometric modeling, and the ARIMA modeling process was used for the forecasting process.
