One of issues for applying MEMS IM U for launch vehicles is to maintain measurement ac curacy under high vibration environment during launch phase. Thu s we developed a trial model of high accuracy MEMS I U and evaluated the measurement accuracy of the MEMS IMU under high vibration environment by random vibratio n test.
