The study also identified the differences in teacher collegiality, organizational commitment, and professional commitment between teachers in high-achieving and low-achieving secondary schools. It further examined the effects of teacher personal variables of gender, educational attainment, and professional experience on their collegiality, organizational commitment, and professional commitment.
