Media has been a changemaker in sports, but the sports movement itself has influenced sports’ growth and development through continuous projects of improvement known as “sportification”. Concurrently, private general health actors are emerging to offer consultations and other GP services online via video. In this article we study the digital health company KRY, a start-up in Norway in 2017, and the reactions to its interventions from the dominant actors in the center of the primary health care field. The directive allows third-party operators (FinTechs, Facebook, Google or Apple) to become Account Information Service Providers (AISP) and Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISP). I identify three practices: the well-known practice where the app is used as a substitute for established literacy practices, the optional literacy practice and the multimodal literacy practice.
