The level of knowledge of Generation Z plays an important role in dealing with mental health problems. So this study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mental health self-care behavior in generation Z of the Papuan Lani tribe. Method: This study uses a descriptive design and the approach is a survey. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 171 respondents. Measuring tools used in this study are the Knowledge Level questionnaire and The Mindful Self-Care Scale Questionnaire. This study was carried out in Malang City from October 2022-March 2023. Data processing used the IBM SPSS program. Results: a study of 171 respondents, 97 (56.7%) respondents had good mental health self-care behavior, 47 (27.5%) respondents had moderate mental health self-care behavior and 27 (15.8%) respondents had bad mental health self-care behavior. Objective: To analyze the relationship between mother's behavior regarding planned health (Health Planned Behavior) with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five. Methods: The study design used an observational study with a retrospective approach design conducted on 94 respondents. The data collection technique used purposive sampling for 94 respondents and data collection using a questionnaire was then tested using SPSS with the Lambda test type. The results of data analysis using the lambda test obtained p value = (0.000) < (0.05) so that H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between mother's behavior regarding planned health (health planned behavior) with the incidence of diarrhea in children under five, the value of r = 0.988 proves that there is a relationship What is strong, the behavior of mothers who are in the less category can cause diarrhea in children under five. Success in treating Diabetes Mellitus type II doesn’t only depend on DM sufferers but also depends on the role of family and health workers such as nurses and doctors. The purpose of this study was to determine family support and the role of nurses with compliance to control blood sugar levels in patients with Diabetes Mellitus type II at Puskesmas Bernung, Pesawaran. This type of research is a quantitative research design using a cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The subjects of this study were patients with diabetes mellitus who visited the Puskesmas Bernung, Pesawaran in 2020. The instruments used were a family support questionnaire sheet, a control compliance questionnaire, a nurse role questionnaire. Statistical test used chi square test. The results obtained are that there is a relationship between family support and the role of nurses with compliance with blood sugar control in Diabetes Mellitus type II patients at Puskesmas Bernung, Pesawaran in 2020 with p-value = 0.002 (family support) and p-value = 0.001 (Nurse role) . One of the factors which influences patient satisfaction is nurse services. There are five aspects in providing nurse services, namely attention, acceptance, communication, cooperation, and responsibility. \u0000Objective : The research objective was to determine the relation between nurse services and patient satisfaction in the Edelweiss room at the Islamic Hospital of Malang, UNISMA. \u0000Research methods : This study used the Observational Analytic method with a cross-sectional approach to 52 respondents. Data was collected by using purposive sampling technique from December 2022 to January 2023. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet and the Statistical test used was Fisher. \u0000Results : Based on the results of the study, from 52 respondents there are 47 respondents (90.4%) states that the nurse service was good and satisfied, while no respondents (0%) states that the nurse service was good, but it is not satisfied, and no respondents (0%) who states that the nurse service was not good but satisfied, while those who states that the nurse service was not good and dissatisfied were 5 respondents (9.6%). From the statistical test which was carried out according to the Fisher Exact Test analysis has obtained the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 . Even in the Islamic Hospital of Malang UNISMA has not yet reached 100%, even though according to the Health Accreditation Standards team it 100%. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of audits on the level of adherence to hand hygiene by nurses. Method: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-post test design approach and purposive sampling. The research instrument was an audit observation sheet and SOP for Hand Hygiene. The number of respondents was 55 nurses using the paired-t statistical test to determine the effect of the audit on the level of adherence to nurse's hand hygiene. Results: Before the audit the results were 78.2%, after the audit was carried out 81.8% of the nurses complied with the moment of hand washing and 65.5% complied, before the audit of the SPO of hand washing was carried out, after the audit 100% complied. There is a significant influence between the two variables (p=0,001) Conclusion: There is an influence on the level of compliance with nurse's hand hygiene. Suggestion: Hospital are expected to carry out audits in accordance with established policies in order to discipline nurses to carry out hand washing according to the SPO. Tujuan : Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian KIE perawatan post-operasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pasien post-operasi katarak di RSI Malang UNISMA. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experiment one group pre-test post-test. Sampel diambil di RSI Malang Unisma sebanyak 14 responden dengan menggunakan Total Sampling Technique. Kriteria inklusi yakni seluruh pasien katarak yang berusia > 45 tahun dan bersedia menjadi responden. Responden mengisi kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan perawatan post-operasi sebelum (pre-test) dilakukan KIE dan mengisi kusioner yang sama (post-test) pada hari ke 2 setelah operasi yang bersamaan dengan saat kontrol di poli mata. Perbedaan hasil kuesioner dianalisa menggunakan Wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil : Hasil penelitian dari 14 responden sebelum diberikan KIE perawatan post-operasi mayoritas memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang yaitu 7 reponden (50%) dan sesudah diberikan KIE perawatan post-operasi mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan hasil menjadi baik 11 responden (78,6%). Hasil ini menunjukan adanya efektifitas pemberian Edukasi Informasi Komunikasi (KIE) perawatan post operasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pasien post-operasi katarak (p= 0,001). Untuk itu perlu adanya pengetahuanyang baik bagi perawat untuk bisa menghasilkan suatu tindakan yang baik kedepannya. TujuanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat tentang keselamatanpasien dengan pelaksanaan asesmen pencegahan risiko jatuh di RSI Unisma Malang. MetodeDesain penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu sejumlah 67orang. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah perhitungan Somers’d. Hasil Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwapengetahuan perawat tentang keselamatan pasien baik sebanyak (83,6%) dan cukup (16,4%).Sedangkan pelaksanaan asesmen pencegahan risiko jatuh ditemukan baik sebanyak (89,6%) dancukup (10,4%).
