Despite the fact that nowadays the dynamic deployment of renewable energy capacities is observed around the world, global energy market continues to be based on non-renewable energy resources. In the paper the drivers for global renewable energy market development and their impact on renewable energy plants construction are examined. The analysis has shown that the main driving forces for world renewable energy sector growth are policy factors, especially implementation of well-designed support mechanisms to promote energy production from renewables. As such support tools were mainly implemented in power sector, now it holds leading position, while insufficient implementation of motivational tools in transport, heating and cooling sectors slowed down their development. The structure of electricity generation, problems of financing and payments for electricity between energy companies are shown. The world experience of functioning of energy markets is given. The influence of state regulation in the field of energy on the development of the industry is analyzed. It is shown how the uncontrolled development of “green” energy has led to a crisis of non-payment in the energy sector of Ukraine. A way out of the crisis due to the concept of “large-scale construction” is proposed. Possibilities of attracting financing for this concept are given. The results of changes in the main characteristics of the generator and motor with varying degrees of parametric asymmetry in the generator were presented. The quality of the generated electricity was analyzed based on the determination of asymmetry coefficients for each of the operating modes. It was based on mathematical models of the intellectual activity of an expert-endocrinologist in identifying latent DM2 (Prediabetes), based on the glycemic data of the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and on examples of these data with expert diagnoses. At present this expert method is recognized as the most trustworthy and precision, but unsuitable for mass screening of the population for latent DM2, which is widespread and dangerous due to its late complications. It was analyzed the causes of the failure of our predecessors' attempts to introduce objective methods for diagnosing Prediabetes by non-intersecting intervals of glycemic level (glucose concentration in the blood) in the OGTT clinical data, as well as by non-intersecting intervals of values of various parameters, supposed to be diagnostic. It is shown that proposed by the authors of the article the mathematical models of the intellectual activity of the expert- endocrinologist in the form of an artificial neural network (ANN) and in the form of a logical formula of the propositional algebra allow the diagnosis of the Prediabetes to be carried out at an equally high level. The current load of the cable line is determined by the laying conditions. At the same time, at different sections of the route, the temperature of the living can vary. The temperature measurement is based on the nonlinear Raman Effect of the optical fiber. Sensor with fiber due to nonlinear effect - Raman scattering of optical radiation - allows in real time to determine the places of local overheating. For 110 kV power cable, it is shown that when the short-circuit currents flow, the temperature on the copper conductor surface exceeds 250°C. The developed mathematical model allows to determine autonomous generator technical condition by main parameter of the internal combustion engine cylinder piston group - the true docking ratio. The basis for determining an autonomous power generator condition is a test diagnosis system, which is based on the analysis of the starter motor generators current in different modes without fuel supply. As a new criterion for determining condition of an autonomous power generator based on the internal combustion engine, ratio of the average value of starter motor current when scrolling the depressed system and in the compressor state is proposed. In the paper, we present an approach to solve the problem of the finding of displacement vectors in the two consecutive video frames of the strain test process video. The study includes evaluation of the fan static structural strength, determination of vibrational characteristics ensuring the non-resonant operation conditions of it, as well as calculations of the bearing capacity of the electrical drive.
