One of the most important parts of these industries are human resources, which face with many various hazards. The aim of this study was to conduct an assessment of potential hazards in the textile industry using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the spinning sector of textile industry. FMEA as one of the systematic risk assessment technique applied to each unit of the spinning sector to find out potential failure mods and its effects. Risk priority number (RPN) was determined based on severity, detectability and occurrence of hazards. Then PRN were categorized into low-risk (RPN ≤ 89), moderate risk (RPN = 90-199), and high risk level (RPN ≥ 200). Results: A total of 58 risk were found in 6 units of the spinning sector. 38% were found to be at high level 45% at middle level and 17% at low level. The packing unit, had the highest risk compared to other units. Lifting heavy loud in the packing unit has the highest RPN (384) and bobbin falling down in the ring unit has the lowest RPN (24). Conclusion: This study revealed that more than 80% of detected risk were unacceptable that showed hazardous condition for workers in textile industry. Lifting heavy louds followed by bobbing falling were the most hazardous task in this industry. The implementation of safety measures such as training programs, engineering and management controls were recommended.","PeriodicalId":112656,"journal":{"name":"Caspian Journal of Health Research","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123965784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Providing convenient and high quality services, improve the mothers' health and satisfaction. This study was aimed to determine Health care providers` Viewpoints about the Integrated Maternal Healthcare Program. Methods: The present qualitative study was performed using content analysis method. Data were collected by a semi-structured interview with midwives, physicians and relevant administrators from health department of Qazvin University of medical sciences. Purposive sampling technique was continued until conceptual saturation of information. Data analysis was done simultaneously with data collection. Results: Data analysis showed three main themes of “program shortcomings”, “requirements for development” and “program facilitating points” along with ten subthemes. Conclusion: It seems that the quality of maternal health services is more favorable with new program compared to old program. But there are problems in the implementation such as long period between visits or delay in requesting sonogram in the first trimester. Therefore continuous re-evaluation and correction of program will improve quality of the program and subsequently maternal health.","PeriodicalId":112656,"journal":{"name":"Caspian Journal of Health Research","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134389561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Considering the high prevalence of breast cancer in Iranian women and the low participation in mammography screening program, the purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting frequency of mammography screening in women over 40 years of age using zero-. Methods: In this study, the required information about number of performing mammography in women’s’ lifetime, demographic characteristics and behavioral risk factors were obtained through interview based on a researcher-made questionnaire. To investigate the factors affecting mammography, zero inflation Poisson regression models were performed using Win Bugs software. Results: The mean (SD) age of women participating in this study was 49.87 (6.76). 77% of the participants have never undergone mammography, 8.9% once, 6.9% twice, 6.7% three times, and 0.5% more than three times. Age had a positive effect on the number of mammograms in the women who have perform mammograms at least once. Having a family history of cancer and breast cancer, middle compared to low economic status, higher compared to low education and menopause were significantly associated with lower probability of never performing mammography. Conclusion: Given the relatively low participation of women in mammography, more facilities are needed for high risk women (aged 40-70) to facilitate the diagnosis process.","PeriodicalId":112656,"journal":{"name":"Caspian Journal of Health Research","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132429669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Eating disorder is identified by severe chaotic eating behaviors and includes anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. The use of complementary medicine, such as yoga, has always been of interest to researchers in clinical sciences and has been proposed as a new approach to the treatment of eating disorders. Yoga essentially means connectivity and continuity. Through mindand body-based techniques, yoga can be effective in the achievement of therapy goals in feeding and eating patients. Methods: The data for the present review study was collected through a search in electronic resources and databases as well as manual search of library resources. The search for relevant articles and studies was performed on the internet in relevant websites and scientific/ research journals using a number of keywords. This study will address yoga therapy and its relationship with and effects on eating disorders after a review of the definition, classification, epidemiology and pathophysiology of different types of eating disorders. Results: The results showed that eating disorders are caused by emotional disorders and stress and, essentially, by subjective factors. Many people achieve relaxation and body, soul and mind balance with yoga. This practice makes it more possible to fight eating disorders. Conclusion: Yoga creates self-confidence and a positive feeling about one’s body and appearance. Yoga has a holistic attitude toward human-beings and provides different, continuous and simple techniques for humans’ health, development, preparation and balance and is thus effective in improving nutrition and eating disorders.","PeriodicalId":112656,"journal":{"name":"Caspian Journal of Health Research","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129087589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
