This study aims to know the multiplier effect of a coconut plantation in Indragiri Hilir Regency, develop concepts and strategies for plantation development as a potential commodity in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study used survey methods and 9 people collected as key informants, namely community leaders and coconut landowners, extension officers, and coconut farmers. Data analyzed: Multiplier effect and SWOT. The results indicated that the income of multiplier coconut plantation in 2010-2016 had fluctuated value. From the last seven years, the highest value occurred in 2011 values 1.931. Revenues obtained from the base activities coconut plantation base would increase the income of non-base activities. Base activities (coconut plantations) had the power to encourage regional economic growth. Coconut plantation in Indragiri Hilir Regency was in Quadrant III. which means coconut although it has weaknesses still has considerable opportunities to develop. However, it has the opportunity greatly to be developed. One of the methods was too minimal coconut problems to get better market opportunities. The strategy that must be applied is to encourage turn around strategy.","PeriodicalId":11230,"journal":{"name":"DINAMIKA PERTANIAN","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89233828","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods included total DNA extraction, electrophoresis, and annealing temperature optimization of four RAPD markers namely OPD-20, OPI-06, OPI-13, dan OPX-13. Optimization was conducted by reducing the Tm value (Time melting) of each primer with 3 (Tm-3) and 5 (Tm-5). The results showed that the optimization using OPD-20 and OPX-13 produced bands at Tm-3 and Tm-5. Meanwhile, optimization using OPI-06 and OPI-13 resulted in bands at Tm-3. The next step was to choose the exact Ta based on the clear and bright band. In conclusion, exact Ta for OPD-20, OPI-06, OPI-13, and OPX-13 were 36,1°C, 38,1°C, 35,4°C, and 32,5°C respectively.","PeriodicalId":11230,"journal":{"name":"DINAMIKA PERTANIAN","volume":"47 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78413332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The container used is 15 units of the tray (tray) with a size of 30 x 40 cm that has been filled with fecal treatment media and soil as high as 10 cm with 160 individual stocking densities. Third, allocation of work time of off-farm respects to off-farm income, allocation of work time on farming, farmer's work experiences and age of farmers. Income respects to the allocation of work time of off-farm. Expenditure consists of: First, food consumption respects to total income, the number of families, and health spending. Second, non-food consumption respects to total income. Third, education investment respects to total income and the number of school children. Fourth, paddy farming investment respects to total income, harvest area of paddy, and food consumption. The research was conducted at the oil palm plantation at Pelalawan and Laboratory of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Riau from March to May 2016. The study was conducted experimentally using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of 4 treatments (EFB, POME, EFB+POME and without application as control). Each treatment was repeated 3 times. EFB and POME have been applied to the land since 2001 with intervals giving every 6 months. Soil samples were applied EFB, POME, and EFB+POME taken on Blocks B3, Blocks B7 and Blocks C17. Soil samples were taken at a depth of 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm for disturbed and undisturbed soil. Parameters measured were soil water content, bulk density, particle density, total pore space, permeability, and soil color. Each parameter of the observed data was statistically analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% level, while the soil color was descriptively analyzed. The results showed that the application of a mixture of EFB+POME increased soil moisture and bulk density decrease significantly and tended to increase the total pore space and permeability and tends to be lower particle density than controls, but it was not evident when compared EFB applications and POME alone.
