По мере роста спроса на экологически чистые технологии, такие как электромобиль, солнечные батареи, ветровая энергия, и кабели передачи растет и потребность в меди, которая проводит электричество, обеспечивая переход источников энергии на альтернативные и возобновляемые. Переход на технологии альтернативной энергетики есть драйвер для роста меди в долгосрочной перспективе. Этот рост связан с переходом на экологически чистые виды транспорта, солнечные и ветровые станции. В процессе этого перехода резко возрастет потребление меди. Медь используется в 2/3 технологических решений для сокращения выбросов парниковых газов. По прогнозам, к 2050 году объем потребления меди в мире может увеличиться вдвое. В работе представлены данные по производству меди и изменению ее стоимости, приведены диаграммы спроса на медь по отраслям и изменение стоимости меди за последние годы. Исторический металл становится инновационной точкой движения для перехода на новый технологический уклад. За последнее время медь увеличила свой спрос в разы, особенно в промышленном секторе. Например, больницы меняют многие поверхности на медь, к которым можно прикасаться, поскольку вирусы и бактерии не могут жить на металле. В данной работе анализируются риски и способы инвестирования в медь, изучены возможности и положительные стороны применения инвестиций в медь. The global transition to clean energy is moving very quickly. As demand for clean technologies such as electric vehicles, solar panels, wind power and transmission cables grows, so does the need for copper, which conducts electricity, enabling the transition of energy sources to alternative and renewable ones. the transition to alternative energy technologies is a driver for copper growth in the long term. this growth is associated with the transition to environmentally friendly modes of transport, solar and wind power plants. During this transition, copper consumption will increase sharply. Copper is used in 2/3 of technological solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. According to forecasts, by 2050, global copper consumption could double. the work presents data on copper production and changes in its value, provides diagrams of demand for copper by industry and changes in the cost of copper in recent years. Historical metal becomes an innovative point of movement for the transition to a new technological structure. Recently, copper has increased its demand significantly, especially in the industrial sector. For example, hospitals are replacing many touchable surfaces with copper because viruses and bacteria cannot live on the metal. this paper analyzes the risks and methods of investing in copper, and examines the possibilities and positive aspects of investing in copper.","PeriodicalId":112309,"journal":{"name":"ФЭС: Финансы. {"title":"INVESTMENTS IN RUSSIAN ENGINEERING AND THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY","authors":"Е.А. Родионов, Л.В. Представлены факторы, действующие на инвестиционную политику правительства страны. Приведены подходы к формированию «длинных» инвестиций в производство по сравнению с «короткими» инвестициями в торговлю и банковский сектор. Высказано предположение о наличии инвестиционных и кредитных ресурсов в российском экономическом поле в виде временно свободных денежных средств для кредитования юридических и физических лиц, несмотря на отток средств физических лиц из банков в 2022 и 2023 гг. из-за ожиданий неустойчивости в экономике. Сделан вывод о том, что инвестиции в машиностроительную отрасль тормозятся денежно-кредитной политикой, проводимой банковским сектором экономики, что затрудняет развитие этой отрасли в условиях действующих регламентов банковского, налогового и внебюджетного институтов. Показана необходимость снижения ключевой ставки Центробанка России для роста и развития предприятий машиностроения. Сделан вывод о главном инвестиционном ресурсе для машиностроения - государственных средствах, а также - о необходимости налогового, оффшорного, кредитного стимулирования этих предприятий со стороны государства. The authors of the article tried to systematically present the essence and content of investment measures in Russian engineering enterprises, showed their importance for the economic security of the country. the factors influencing the investment policy of the government of the country are presented. Approaches to the formation of “long” investments in production compared with “short” investments in trade and the banking sector are presented. It is suggested that there are investment and credit resources in the Russian economic field in the form of temporarily free funds for lending to legal entities and individuals, despite the outflow of funds from banks in 2022 and 2023 due to expectations of instability in the economy. It is concluded that investments in the machine-building industry are hindered by the monetary policy pursued by the banking sector of the economy, which complicates the development of this industry in the conditions of the current regulations of banking, tax and extra-budgetary institutions. the necessity of reducing the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia for the growth and development of machine-building enterprises is shown. the conclusion is made about the main investment resource for mechanical engineering - public funds, as well as about the need for tax, offshore, credit incentives for these enterprises from the state.","PeriodicalId":112309,"journal":{"name":"ФЭС: Финансы. При этом в российской практике возникает множество трудностей и противоречий при определении приоритетов, что требует научно обоснованного методического подхода к их определению, ранжированию и способов оценки значимости. Настоящее исследование посвящено разработке теоретических и практических основ совершенствования системы приоритетов социально-экономической политики в регионе. Выделены критерии определения приоритетных направлений развития территориальных образований различного уровня и способы их вертикальной и горизонтальной координации. В работе рассмотрены и сопоставлены доминирующие в российской науке подходы и концепции формирования приоритетов социально-экономического развития на национальном и региональном уровнях. Выявлены потенциальные приоритеты развития регионов, и в частности Воронежской области, такие как повышение качества жизни, развитие человеческого капитала, диверсификация экономики, инновационное развитие. Подчеркнуто значение комплексных программ в формировании приоритетов социально-экономического развития региона. Поэтапно исследован процесс формирования системы стратегических приоритетов и внесены предложения по его совершенствованию. Modern scientific research in the field of socio-economic progress of regions pays special attention to the problems of strategic planning of socio-economic development, which should be based on identified priorities that form the so-called growth points. At the same time, in Russian practice, many difficulties and contradictions arise when determining priorities, which requires a scientifically based methodological approach to their definition, ranking and methods for assessing significance. this study is devoted to the development of theoretical and practical foundations for improving the system of socio-economic policy priorities in the region. Criteria for determining priority directions for the development of territorial entities at various levels and methods for their vertical and horizontal coordination are highlighted. the work examines and compares the dominant approaches and concepts in Russian science for the formation of priorities for socio-economic development at the national and regional levels. Potential priorities for the development of regions, and in particular the Voronezh region, have been identified, such as improving the quality of life, developing human capital, diversifying the economy, and innovative development. the importance of comprehensive programs in shaping the priorities of the socio-economic development of the region is emphasized. the process of forming a system of strategic priorities was studied step by step and proposals were made for its improvement.","PeriodicalId":112309,"journal":{"name":"ФЭС: Финансы. Большое внимание уделено методике научного познания для решения научных и практических задач. Определено место инвестиций в системе экономических знаний для взаимоадаптации и взаимодополнения выделенных категорий. Особый акцент основной проблематики в полном объеме охватывал имеющиеся вопросы системного подхода исследования инвестиционного процесса в АПК, что позволило выделить основные принципы построения его информационного обеспечения. Доказано, что важным подходом, позволяющим оптимизировать темпы и структуру инвестиций во времени, является процессный подход, рассматривающий явления в движении. Проведена оценка инвестиционного процесса с точки зрения временного выражения в АПК, который основывается на предложенном ряде этапов, на каждом из которых обеспечивается выполнение определенного объема работы, направленного на решение задач диагностики ситуации, формирование критериев и альтернатив, а также выбор предложенных альтернатив и их реализацию. In this work, a scientific approach to improving the methodology for studying investment processes in modern conditions of the agro-industrial complex infrastructure is advanced. Much attention is paid to the methodology of scientific knowledge for scientific solutions and practical problems. A certain place for investment in the system of economic knowledge for mutual adaptation and complementarity of the selected categories. Particular attention is paid to the main problem, which fully covers its issues of a systematic study of the investment process in the agro-industrial complex, with regard to the basic principles of building information support. It has been proven that an important approach that allows you to regulate the pace and consequences of the impact over time is the process approach, which considers phenomena in motion. Актуальность работы обусловлена продолжающимся процессом внедрения принципов стратегического планирования в практику государственного и муниципального управления. При этом существующие методические рекомендации по разработке стратегий развития территорий не предполагают учета ряда индивидуальных особенностей территорий. Предложенный методический подход предполагает проведение комплексной оценки состояния финансовой системы территории на основе методологии системы национальных счетов (СНС). Предложено проводить анализ финансовой системы в разрезе пяти институциональных секторов: государственного управления, нефинансовых корпораций, домашних хозяйств, финансовых корпораций и некоммерческих организаций, обслуживающих домашние хозяйства (НКООДХ). Предложенный подход показан на примере крупнейших муниципалитетов Свердловской области. Выявлены существенные отличия финансового состояния секторов «Государственное управление» (бюджетная обеспеченность на одного жителя, функциональная структура расходов) и «Нефинансовые корпорации» (прибыль до налогообложения, кредиторская задолженность, инвестиции в основной капитал). Применение предложенного подхода позволяет расширить спектр анализируемых аспектов финансового развития муниципалитета, выявить риски, возможности и направления развития финансовой сферы муниципалитетов.\u0000 The article is devoted to the development of a methodological approach to assessing the individuality of the financial development of territories. The relevance of the work is due to the ongoing process of introducing the principles of strategic planning into the practice of state and municipal administration. At the same time, the existing guidelines for developing strategies for the development of territories do not imply taking into account a number of individual characteristics of the territories. The proposed methodological approach involves a comprehensive assessment of the state of the financial system of the territory based on the methodology of the System of National Accounts (SNA). It is proposed to analyse the financial system in the context of five institutional sectors: government, non-financial corporations, households, financial corporations and non-profit organizations serving households (NPISH). The proposed approach is shown on the example of the largest municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region. Significant differences in the financial condition of the sectors “public administration” (budgetary provision per capita, functional structure of expenses) and “non-financial corporations” (profit before tax, accounts payable, investments in fixed assets) were revealed. Application of the proposed approach makes it possible to expand the range of analysed aspects of the financial development of a municipality, to identify risks, opportunities and directions for the development of the financial sphere of municipalities.","PeriodicalId":112309,"journal":{"name":"ФЭС: Финансы.
