This developed novel denoising algorithm and discussed with reference to the geometrical pixel encoding Process. Many denoising techniques are implemented with high accuracy. Once the image filtered, further improvement in noise improvement is not possible. First, an image is filtered with any denoise technique, then image pixel locations are encoded with defined geometric positions for this encoding technique again filtered with same denoise technique applied earlier. After completion of the denoise process image decoded with original geometric locations. The proposed algorithm is tested with standard denoise techniques. The experimental results show the robustness in upgrading PSNR, SSIM.","PeriodicalId":111366,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Sustainable Systems (ICISS)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122657750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The simulation has been carried out in Matlab/Simulink software and interfacing with X-plane simulator. HILS is used for the testing of the hardware that is implemented on an onboard UAV/Aircraft. User Datagram Protocol (UDP) does data transmission between X-plane and Matlab/Simulink. Waypoints are taken as input, which denote the latitude and longitude. The distance between the two waypoints are calculated using Haversine formula. The work demonstrated in this paper is to run the simulation using software (i.e.,) control command is given in Matlab/Simulink blocks and simulation is run in X-plane simulator. In this paper, for the improvement of bit error rate performance of OFDM, Polar Code is utilized. Successive Cancellation decoding is used at the receiver. Performance of OFDM system with various frequency offsets for different code rates is compared based on bit error rate. The results show that bit error rate changes with variation in frequency offsets. As code rate increases performance of bit error rate degrades and vice versa.","PeriodicalId":111366,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Sustainable Systems (ICISS)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127399897","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previously supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system were used to monitor and detect fault in power system, but it's lower sampling rate makes it inappropriate to use. This paper presents an improved approach for fault detection in distribution line. The proposed method uses Phasor Measurement Units (PMU)to detect fault quickly and operate the circuit breakers(CB) to ensure system stability and security. For this purpose 30 kW generating station feeding power to 10 km distribution line with a step up transformer (208/11 kV) and a 24 kW solar photovoltaic(PV)module is used here. PMU's are installed at synchronous generator, PV grid, and load buses respectively. The data from the PMU are aligned and planned to IEEE C37.118 format before transmitted to the Phasor data concentrator. Here, positive sequence phase locked loop (PLL) based PMU is used to measure the power system parameters like voltage, frequency, and phase respectively. The large deviation in any parameter can be used to trigger the CB. Quick and Accurate fault detection in the distribution network eliminates any big catastrophic effect and saves from monetary loss. The performance of the proposed model can be evaluated by calculating Total Vector Error of the PMU and then comparing it with IEEE C37.118 standards. Proposed scheme also provides optimal placement of PMU in the given system.","PeriodicalId":111366,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Sustainable Systems (ICISS)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115472358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to cover the target, sensor node placement plays a crucial role to cover maximum target and minimum node connectivity with limited nodes. Sensor data gathering can be achieved by using important principle node connectivity. Signals in sensor network carry a large amount of data and retaining important information is often more difficult. To overcome this problem we propose a genetic algorithm based node placement the result is improved by wavelets to achieve a maximum coverage and connectivity. The experimental result is carried out to improve the quality of covered data with limited sensor in optimal positions.","PeriodicalId":111366,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Sustainable Systems (ICISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128048702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
