Many architecture of video surveillance systems are used increasingly in security systems and with good reason. Generally, with a video surveillance system, we are in the picture 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Actually, with the rapid development of hardware and software video surveillance systems, it is economically and technically feasible to build video surveillance system architecture and tailored to a specific need. Our proposed architecture software helps to: detect, track a moving person in video sequence and helps to specify his profile when is entering in a special region from controlled area. Especially, this proposed system triggers an alarm when the monitored person enters in the prohibited area or when it exceeds a lapse of time in this region. This developed system can be used for tracking people in real time and can be adapted to extract frames from the video sequence at different times and it can process the detection process, track and it can analyze the profile of the moving person in each time.","PeriodicalId":110586,"journal":{"name":"2013 3rd International Symposium ISKO-Maghreb","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122523329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This environment adopts the connectivism as a pedagogical approach and aims to construct knowledge through collaboration and communication between heterogeneous communities composed of humans and smart objects. The objective of our work is to provide for our ubiquitous environment CLE a service-based communication (where each actor in the environment is represented by a set of services). As an implementation, we opted to use an ESB \"Enterprise Service Bus\" in the SOA layer of CLE. This ESB includes the actors' services, business services, SLA services for a better quality of service and the bus will be used for connectivity, routing, processing and conversion. Through this proposition, we ensure a better communication between nodes (humans, smart objects and controller unit) and an efficient knowledge construction.","PeriodicalId":110586,"journal":{"name":"2013 3rd International Symposium ISKO-Maghreb","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129379807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is therefore constantly brought to think and act to transform. These transformations are concretely realized through one or more project portfolios. Thus, maturity measurement systems and other certification standards of management system have been created to support the enterprise in the control of processes and the creation of value by the projects. This paper seeks to provide a state of the art of the reference measurement of maturity, focusing on those related to project portfolios. It also proposes the study of a system for measuring and operating the project maturity and its adaptation to project portfolios.","PeriodicalId":110586,"journal":{"name":"2013 3rd International Symposium ISKO-Maghreb","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131574692","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For example, the textbook serves to know the alphabet and the technical brochure serves to know how to ride a piece of furniture. However, the process to acquire such knowledge from the document has never been modeled. That is what this article proposes to do by a systemic modeling. In the pyramid model developed, the document is the base of the pyramid. It carries data (alphabetic signs...). These data, once interpreted by humans, transmit information. This information, when they are organized, structured and “contextualized” become knowing. This knowing, combined with other knowing acquired for example in the context of education, when they are applied, to answer the situation in a global context of reflection, become knowledge. This knowledge will allow, for example, to take a decision or action and in turn will be the basis for another pyramid also modeled.","PeriodicalId":110586,"journal":{"name":"2013 3rd International Symposium ISKO-Maghreb","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124574183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In terms of mechanisms, a strong trend towards the employment of diverse Relevance Feedback (RF) approaches in CBIR systems to capture image(s) of interest has emerged. However, the need to select a particular technique in a given application domain depends on the nature of images in the collection at hand. So our paper mainly reviews and compares different approaches of CBIR using RF. Its ultimate goal is to present information about image database aspects and image features setting so as to support the selection of the appropriate CBIR with RF Techniques.","PeriodicalId":110586,"journal":{"name":"2013 3rd International Symposium ISKO-Maghreb","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116213148","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such EA models are used for analysis and steering purposes, thereby leading to a competitive advantage for the enterprise. However, the management of EA model evolution from an initial (As-is) to an a posterior (To-be) state is a challenging task for EA modelers, due to the huge number and the complex dependencies amongst models. In this paper, we tackle the challenge of a controlled evolution of EA models which seeks to give more control to EA modelers over what the impact of EA evolution means in terms of properties (e.g. security) of the EA. We propose a core knowledge model for representing EA evolution which supports the EA modeler in deciding about the (To-be) model compliance. Our model is based on the three notions of change operation, artifact-to-artifact dependency, and reactive event-condition-action (ECA) rules. We instantiate our approach for the case where security properties must be maintained through EA evolution.","PeriodicalId":110586,"journal":{"name":"2013 3rd International Symposium ISKO-Maghreb","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126376601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a generic metamodel for Adaptable, Domain Specific and Service Oriented Systems.
