Secara geografis indonesia berada di wilayah patahan gempa, dan banyak gunung berapi yang kondisinya masih aktif. secara historis sejak tahun 1968- 2006 telah terjadi 7 kali gempa yang diikuti tsunami. Di penghujung tahun 2018, bencana tsunami terjadi Selat Sunda. Ada dua daerah yakni Banten dan Lampung yang menjadi korban tsunami. Dampak psikologis yang terjadi akibat tsunami adalah trauma. Permasalahan trauma di masyarakat seringkali menjadi disfungsi psikologis yang sangat mengganggu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya bantuan yang fokus pada penyelesaian masalah trauma. Konseling traumatik menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Konseling traumatik fokus pada mengembalikan kondisi trauma masyarakat ke kondisi psikologis yang sehat. Adapun Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dipilih karena CBT merupakan teknik konseling yang menggabungkan terapi kognitif dan terapi prilaku. Terapi kognitif penting diberikan kepada korban, karena orang yang menjadi korban seringkali memiliki pemikiran yang tidak rasional, kehilangan harapan, serta sulit terhubung dengan dunia nyata. Oleh karena itu mereka mengalami gangguan perilaku seperti murung, sulit berkomunikasi secara sehat, prilaku pasif tidak mau bangkit dari keterpurukan dan sebagainya. Terapi behavioral menjadi bagian penting yang tak terpisahkan. Melalui konseling traumatic dengan CBT dapat mereduksi trauma masyarakat akibat tsunami di Selat Sunda. \u0000Indonesia is one of the countries with potential natural disasters including tsunamis. Geographically Indonesia is in an earthquake fault area, and many volcanoes are in active condition. Historically since 1968- 2006 there have been 7 earthquakes followed by tsunamis. At the end of 2018, the tsunami disaster occurred in the Sunda Strait. There are two regions, Banten and Lampung, which were victims of the tsunami. The psychological impact of the tsunami is trauma. The problem of trauma in the community is often a very disturbing psychological dysfunction. Therefore, a real effort is needed to focus on solving trauma problems. Traumatic counseling is one alternative in helping to solve these problems. Traumatic counseling focuses on returning the community's trauma to a healthy psychological condition. The CBT was chosen because CBT is a counseling technique that combines cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy. Cognitive therapy is important given to victims, because people who are victims often have irrational thoughts, lose hope, and are difficult to connect with the real world.Therefore they suffer from behavioral disorders such as moodiness, difficulty communicating in a healthy manner, passive behavior, and do not want to rise from adversity. Behavioral therapy is an important part that is inseparable. {"title":"Manajemen Waktu, Dukungan Sosial, dan Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa Kelas XI SMA","authors":"Dije Zaraska Kristy","doi":"10.15294/ijgc.v8i1.27736","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15294/ijgc.v8i1.27736","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen waktu dan dukungan sosial dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa kelas XI baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 195 dari 421 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah PASS (Procrastination Assesment Scale of Students), TMBS (Time Management Behavior Scale, dan CASSS (Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale). Koefisien skala tersebut adalah 0,266-0,660; 0,273-0,767; dan 0,277-0,726 dengan nilai alpha 0,781; 0,876; dan 0,933. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara manajemen waktu dengan prokrastinasi akademik (R= 0,420, F(4,190) = 10,192, p = <0,01). Kemudian antara dukungan sosial dengan prokrastinasi akademik juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,062, F(4,186) = 3,346, p = <0,05). Begitu pula antara manajemen waktu dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prokrastinasi akademik (R = 0,482, F(8,186) = 7,021, p = <0,01). Disarankan agar guru BK dapat memberikan layanan yang dapat menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik. Saran untuk penelitian lanjutan, bisa melihat seberapa besar pengaruh penetapan tujuan dan prioritas, mekanisme perencanaan dan penjadwalan, dan persepsi kontrol atas waktu terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dalam studi eksperimen. \u0000This research aims to identify the relationship between the time management and the social support to the academic procrastination of grade XI students in partially as well as communally. This research used a correlational quantitative design. The samples of this research were taken using cluster sampling which consisted of 195 selected students from 421 students. Data were collected using the instrument of Procrastination Assessment Scale of Students (PASS), Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS), and Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS). The coefficients of those scales are 0.266-0.660, 0.273-0.767, and 0.277-0.726 with the alpha value of 0.781, 0.876, and 0.933. Furthermore, the data of this research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. According to the result analysis, it showed that there is a significant relationship between the time management and the academic procrastination—where R = 0.420, F(4.190) = 10.192, and p =<0.01—and the significant relationship also occur between the social support and the academic procrastination—where R = 0.062, F(4.186) = 3.346, and p =<0.05. Communally, it was showed a similar result where both the time management and the social support have a significant relationship to the academic procrastination—with the value R = 0.482, F(8.186) = 7.021, and p =<0.01. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode expost facto, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan mengekspos kejadian-kejadian yang sedang berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified probability sampling. Setelah dilihat pada tabel Isaac and Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5% ditetapkan jumlah sampel 256 siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala persepsi dan angket pemahaman ODHA dengan reliabilitas 0,860 dan 0,789. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh persepsi terhadap ODHA dengan nilai R2 = 0,055 = 5,5% ini berarti pengetahuan tentang ODHA mempengaruhi persepsi siswa sebesar 5,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. \u0000The purpose of this study was to study the majority of students' perceptions of ODHA. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the post facto method, which is research that discusses ongoing events. This study uses a proportional stratified probability sampling technique. After looking at the tables of Isaac and Michael with a 5% error level, the number of samples is 256 students. The instrument in this study was the scale of perception and questionnaire for ODHA understanding with reliability of 0.860 and 0.789. The results of the study showed differences in perceptions of ODHA with a value of R2 = 0.055 = 5.5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-eksperimen one group pretest and posttest design kepada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 22 Semarang dengan tingkat kemampuan komunikasi sedang. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji beda (T-Test) menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi siswa menengah pertama (SMP) meningkat secara signifikan (t(35)= -9,721, p<0,05) melalui layanan penguasaan konten teknik homeroom. Dengan ditandai siswa lebih terbuka terhadap temannya, siswa memiliki empati, peka dengan situasi kelas, tidak memilih-milih teman, memberikan dukungan kepada teman-teman. Dengan demikian layanan penguasaan konten teknik homeroom efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa menengah pertama. \u0000 \u0000This research is about to find out the effectiveness of the service content mastery techniques to improve communication capability homeroom students junior high school. This research use the pre-built design research experiments using one group pretest and posttest design. The subject of research is the grade VII A SMP Negeri Semarang 22 with the level of communication skills. The results of research using the descriptive analysis and test different percentage (T-Test) shows that the ability of communication first intermediate students (JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL) increased significantly (t (35) = 9.721 >, p 0.05) through the services content mastery techniques homeroom. With marked students more open to his friend, students have empathy, sensitive situation with class, not choosing their friends, provide support to friends. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Asror Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 8 siswa. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala self-esteem dengan reliabilitas alpha cronbach (r=0,7;p<0,05). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif, self-esteem siswa sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning memiliki nilai rata-rata dalam kategori rendah (M=2,4,SD=0,1). Self-esteem siswa sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning memiliki nilai rata-rata dalam kategori tinggi (M=3,1,SD=0,1). Selain itu juga dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon (Z= 4,00, p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data deskriptif serta uji hipotesis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Asror Semarang. \u0000 \u0000This research was conducted based on school phenomenon that was referenced from global phenomenon that happened in the form of crisis of decreasing self-esteem in adolescent age. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of group guidance service with experiential learning approach to improve self-esteem of class VIII student MTs Al Asror Semarang. This research uses one group pretest-posttest design method. Sampling technique using purposive sampling, with sample of research as many as 8 students. The data collection tool uses a self-esteem scale with alpha cronbach reliability (r = 0.7; p <0.05). Data analysis technique using descriptive data analysis, self-esteem before the students given group guidance service with experiential learning approach has the average value in the low category (M = 2.4, SD = 0.1). Student self-esteem after being given group counseling services with experiential learning approach has an average value in the high category (M = 3.1, SD = 0.1). Also tested hypothesis using wilcoxon test (Z = 4.00, p <0,05). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimetal design. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B dengan jumlah 7 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala psikologi dan menggunakan analisis wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada perubahan keberanian mengungkapkan pendapat pada siswa, sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti konseling kelompok, berubah dari kategori sedang menjadi tinggi. Meskipun pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada siswa, jika dilihat dari tiap indikatornya, terdapat aspek yang tingkat perubahannya rendah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan shame attacking exercise terhadap peningkatan keberanian mengungkapkan pendapat siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 5 Taman Pemalang. Sehingga untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat lebih ditingkatkan lagi untuk tiap indikatornya agar didapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal. \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study was to prove whether there was an influence of group counseling by using shame attacking exercise to increase the students’ courage in expressing opinion in class VIII B SMP Negeri 5 Taman Pemalang. The type of this research was experimental research with pre-experimental research design. The subject of this research was 7 students of class VIII B. The data collection instrument used were psychological scale and wilcoxon test analysis. The result of the research showed that there was a change of the students’ courage in expressing opinion in before and after the group counseling, changed from moderate to high category. Although this research showed there was a change from the students, if it was seen from each its indicator, there was an aspect that had low changing level. It can be concluded that there was an influence of group counseling by using shame attacking exercise to increase the students’ courage in expressing opinion in class VIII B SMP Negeri 5 Taman Pemalang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Ex Post Facto. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 238 orang siswa melalui teknik pengambilan sampel simple random. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument skala kompetensi pribadi konselor, skala kompetensi profesional dan skala minat yang dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi kompetensi pribadi konselor dan kompetensi profesional konselor terhadap minat untuk mengikuti layanan konseling perorangan secara simultan sebesar 64,7% (F= 214.905; p<0.05). Kontribusi secara parsial untuk kompetensi pribadi konselor sebesar 61,1% (t= 19.241; p<0.05) dan kompetensi profesional konselor sebesar 38,7% (t= 12.210; p<0.05). Besaran kontribusi kompetensi pribadi konselor dan kompetensi profesional konselor secara simultan terbilang tinggi, sedangkan secara parsial dari masing-masing variabel memiliki kontribusi tinggi dan relatif sedang. Kompetensi pribadi konselor dan kompetensi profesional konselor bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap minat siswa untuk mengikuti konseling perorangan. \u0000 \u0000 The purpose of this research is to know the contribution of personal competence and professional competence of counselor to student's interest to follow individual counseling. This type of research is Ex Post Facto. The subjects of this study amounted to 238 students through a simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the instrument of personal competence scale of counselor, the scale of professional competence and the scale of interest that is analyzed by multiple regression. The result of the research shows the contribution of personal competence of counselor and professional competence of counselor to the interest to follow individual counseling service simultaneously equal to 64,7% (F = 214.905; p <0.05). Partial contribution to personal counselor's competence is 61.1% (t = 19.241, p <0.05) and professional counselor competence of 38.7% (t = 12.210; p <0.05). The amount of personal competence contribution of counselor and professional competence of counselor is simultaneously high, while partially from each variable has high contribution and relatively medium. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan enam kali pertemuan dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 8 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan skala interaksi sosial disosiatif kepada siswanya secara langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan setelah pemberian treatment konseling kelompok, yaitu dari analisis data perhitungan tabel uji Wilcoxon, jumlah jenjang yang terkecil atau T hitung nilainya adalah 0. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penrelitian ini sejumlah 213 dari populasi siswa berjumlah 542 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling, Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dan angket penggunaan media sosial, yang masing-masing realibilitasnya 0,837 dan 0,886. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dengan penggunaan media sosial memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (r= 0,221 ; p < 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola relasi sosial teman sebaya dengan penggunaan media sosial. Semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial maka semakin tinggi pola relasi sosial teman sebaya siswa. \u0000 \u0000This research has a purpose to know the relationship between the peer relation patern with social media utilizing by junior high school students either in partial or together manner. This research uses descriptive correlational quantitative design. The sample used in this research amount 213 from students population which are amount 542 by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instrument to accumulate the data uses peer relation patern and social media utilizing questionnaire, which each their realibility 0,837 and 0,886. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan sampel berjumlah 157 dari populasi 288 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratifed random sampling. Skala coping stress diadaptasi dari COPE, skala optimisme diadaptasi dari LOT-R, dan skala kontrol diri diadapatasi dari SCS, skala tersebut digu nakan dalam pengumpulan data dengan reliabilitas 0,940, 0,769, dan 0,937. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa antara optimisme dengan coping stress memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R=0,529, f(1,155) = 60,101, p = <0,01), kemudian hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan coping stress juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R=0,366, f(5,150) = 78,544, p = <0,01).
