E-word of mouth is becoming more prevalent in social networking sites. As social media has grown in popularity, consumers have begun to share their product or service-related experiences and opinions with friends and colleagues via Facebook, Whatsapp, YouTube, and other social networking sites. However, because the coin has both a head and a tail, word of mouth has both a positive and negative influence on others. It can also transmit and review negative information. There is no turning back once the information has been revealed.","PeriodicalId":109473,"journal":{"name":"Oct-Nov 2022","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129551395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Induction of cytokines IL-1ß, Il-2, IL-6 and IL-17 was detected in the dynamics of the development of experimental heliotrine hepatitis, the maximum increase in their number was established on the 35th day of the development of heliotrine hepatitis compared with intact animals. Thus, in studies, profound changes in the immunoregulatory function of cytokines were observed as the lesion process intensified in experimental chronic hepatitis. These changes were especially evident in Anna as the disease progressed. From the conducted studies, it can be concluded that an important topical issue is the identification and correction of liver damage processes at the earliest possible stages.","PeriodicalId":109473,"journal":{"name":"Oct-Nov 2022","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116947258","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study assessed the impact of ambulance usage on the conveyance of accident victims in the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA). Simple random sampling was used to sample respondents from the Agency. A total of fifty (50) structured questionnaires were administered to respondents. The questionnaire consists of twenty-one items and was prepared in such a way that it contains all the items under the survey. A simple frequency table was employed to analyze the data obtained. The research revealed that 62 % of the respondents were male and 38 % female while about 42 % accounted for insufficient ambulance vehicles which made the ambulance and emergency services not effective and efficient due to poor planning. Other factors include poor telecommunication service, negative perception that ambulances carry dead bodies, the demand for payment before patients are transported by ambulances, high cost of fuel, shortage of ambulances and the patients’ renege to fulfil an agreed bills and services. At a significant level of 0.05 using Pearson Correlation, Ho calculated (0.630) was less than H1 tabulated (1) and it was inferred that the positive impact of ambulance usage by accident victims can help promote sustainable ambulance usage and good healthcare delivery. The study concluded that public education on ambulance and emergency services will help rid of false perceptions.","PeriodicalId":109473,"journal":{"name":"Oct-Nov 2022","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128879916","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Media not only informs, enlightens, and entertains in times of peace but also during times of crisis (Chan). In 2019, when the ongoing pandemic emergency had the whole world's population holed up in their homes, mass communication served as both an informant and an educator for the populace. It not only informed us about the current situation but also taught us how to handle it. Each canon of mass communication attempted to play its part in this examination with great diligence, and they all succeeded (Bao, 2020). Television was trying to disseminate news around the clock with news packages, briefings, and discussions. Digital media, which is dynamic in and of itself, was doing the same, and radio, especially FM, was also trying despite its numerous limitations. This study will concentrate on the role of radio during covid and how it tried to comfort listeners, provide them with vital information, and act as their best friend (Brussels). The study focuses on Delhi/NCR listeners and the program by the FM station broadcasts. Additionally, it will attempt to concentrate on the data and message that they tried to spread throughout these challenging circumstances.","PeriodicalId":109473,"journal":{"name":"Oct-Nov 2022","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115799542","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
