This study tries to provide local voice and insight of implementing CALL into Iranian EFL educational contexts as well as global perspectives in CALL. There is no qualm that CALL mediated is adhered as technology development to convey and paving paths which we are interacting with each one of community members. However, primary goal of this research is to find how information and communicative technology and its methodology can be effectively utilized to ameliorate cumbersome and prohibitive EFL teaching-learning obstacles. Based on findings it can be predicted that CALL helps to learn FL skills. Recent Research has focused to go over status of CALL and non-CALL settings to investigate what students do while to use CALL technology in EFL contexts for their language learning activities. While a lot of studies have carried out research in a laboratory context or through structure observation, this study explores learners’ interactions and challenges within CALL. The results indicate significant changes in participants’ scores after to use CALL to learn EFL skills in contrast to non-CALL environments. It also examines strategies in which persuade students’ challenges for their developing CALL professionals.","PeriodicalId":108779,"journal":{"name":"Emergency and Nursing Management","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125259495","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) emerged as the ideal tool to improve the performance of healthcare organizations. The BSC is a management tool with the potential to clarify the strategic objectives of health organizations and to assist in the selection of the most appropriate performance indicators to use. For its success, it is important to align the organization's strategy with the services' strategy, as well as the involvement of managers. This investigation has as main objective to make a diagnosis of the state of the art, regarding the implementation of the BSC in Hospital Units. To achieve this objective, a systematic review of the literature was carried out and nine questions related to the objective in question were answered. From the investigation carried out, 24 articles were selected for the literature review, which met the inclusion criteria. From the analysis of these articles, it was possible to conclude that the implementation of this tool can represent an added value for the success of health organizations in general, and of Hospital Units in particular. Empirical evidence suggests that, through the implementation of the BSC, Hospital Units have managed to increase their level of quality, the satisfaction of users and professionals, as well as contributing to their efficiency and effectiveness. However, and despite its benefits, the implementation of the BSC is still not a linear process, with several limitations and/or difficulties being identified in the design and implementation process of this tool.","PeriodicalId":108779,"journal":{"name":"Emergency and Nursing Management","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125008912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods:14 adult ski racers (25-28 years old) candidates for masters of sports and 12 teenagers (14-15 years old) I and II sports categories took part in the study. As the maximum physical load (before failure), an imitation of alternating two-step walking in place was used.For each subject, the walking pace was 75% of the maximum.Ski racers performed imitation under an electronic metronome. The length of the step remained unchanged throughout the study; the duration of the simulation reached 30-40 minutes.The following physiological indicators were used to assess the state of the neuromuscular apparatus: reflex excitability of spinal motoneurons (according to the amplitude of the maximum H-response); latent period of H- and M-responses; the speed of propagation of excitation along the sensory and motor fibers of the tibial nerve in the area of the popliteal fossa and the medial condyle (bone) of the tibia using the \"Micro-Neuro-Soft\" electroneuromyography.Results. It was established that the relative share of motoneurons participating in the reflex response is the same in resting adults and young skiers. The duration of physical exercise in teenagers reached approximately the same values as adult athletes and is 30-40 minutes. However, the dynamics of the studied functional indicators had their own specific features: in young ski racers, the amplitude of the H-response when refusing to continue working decreased by only 24.0% compared to the initial level. Conclusion. Reflex excitability of spinal motoneurons after performing cyclic work of maximum power in adult athletes is more pronounced than in adolescent athletes, which indicates faster fatigue after testing, but high physical performance during testing.","PeriodicalId":108779,"journal":{"name":"Emergency and Nursing Management","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125309381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is known that the peripheral part of erythron actively responds to changes that occur in the whole body after the action of various factors, including those factors that lead to chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Material and Methods of Research The examination was performed on the basis of the Department of Vascular Neurology of the Central Clinical Hospital of Ivano-Frankivsk. The study involved 30 patients aged 55-65 years (mean age 60.6 + 1.2 years), who were divided into 3 groups: 1 gr. included 10 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and a high level of exercise tolerance. The 2nd group included 10 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and the average level of exercise tolerance, the composition of 3 gr. included 10 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome associated cardiovascular pathology (angina pectoris, hypertension) and low exercise tolerance (3 gr.). Results It is established that chronic fatigue syndrome proceeds in 3 phases and has natural stages of development which are characterized by three groups of etiological factors and the corresponding levels of teletransitivity to physical activity, each of which corresponds to a certain erythrocyte profile and level of osmotic stability of erythrocytes which are offered to use as prognostic and diagnostic characteristics. chronic fatigue syndrome. Conclusions The study of the quantitative composition of peripheral blood erythrocytes and hemoglobin, as well as their ratio (color index) in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome on the background of low levels of exercise tolerance revealed a decrease in erythrocytes and hemoglobin by 42% and 25%, respectively, indicating the presence of anemic hypoxia. 2. In conditions of chronic fatigue there is a decrease in osmotic resistance of erythrocytes, as evidenced by a decrease in the number of osmotically stable erythrocytes with a gradual decrease in the concentration of NaCl solution (3.0%; 0.5%; 0.46%; 0.3%). 3. In chronic fatigue there is a deterioration of membranes in peripheral blood erythrocytes, as evidenced by a decrease in their osmotic stability and an increase in the number of irreversibly altered forms of РВЕ, as well as a decrease in peripheral blood erythrocytes, which is closely correlated with decreased tolerance to exercise.","PeriodicalId":108779,"journal":{"name":"Emergency and Nursing Management","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121513574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The diagnostic focus is on checking vital signs. Blood pressure, EKG and breathing are key factors in determining whether an injured person can be taken to a hospital for treatment. Certain injuries can only be accurately determined in the clinic. An ultrasound examination gives the first findings about injuries to internal organs, including the chest. In addition, computerized tomography of the whole body is performed today. A classic X-ray can also contribute to the diagnosis, but often cannot be done depending on the condition of the patient with multiple trauma. Multiple trauma always means a serious injury, consisting of at least two injuries to the patient. Danger to life can only come from one or more injuries at the same time, depending on their severity.","PeriodicalId":108779,"journal":{"name":"Emergency and Nursing Management","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115955021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
