To resolve it, researchers supposed some mathematical function to fit the surface of normal height such as plain surface, quadratic surface fitting and so on,however, which have model error. It should reduce the accuracy of the fitting result. In order to eliminate and reduce the model errors, this paper adopted BP neural network to convert the different height in the paper. Designed and programmed Matlab code were used to implement the supposed and compared results with other fitting methods, then it was convinced that BP neural would be accuracy, dependability and stabilization.","PeriodicalId":108594,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Communications and Intelligence Information Security","volume":"26 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121010536","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many methods have been proposed, and among these methods the subspace method has been given more and more attention owing to its good performance. In this paper, a novel subspace method called Inverse Fisher discriminant with Schur decomposition (IFDS) is proposed for face recognition. In comparison with Inverse Fisher discriminant analysis (IFDA), IFDS eliminates linear dependences among discriminant vectors. Experiments results on ORL and FERET face database demonstrate that IFDS outperforms Fisher discrimiant analysis (FDA) and IFDA algorithm.","PeriodicalId":108594,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Communications and Intelligence Information Security","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122715355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, by the ML algorithm used in flat fading channels, we give a rough estimated time position ,then choose ,and give the maximum d1 of the measure function [1] in the range of . Next, in the range of we continue to look for the maximum d2. If the two values d1 and d2 coincide, now we can stop and this point shall be the timed position, otherwise continue to search until the maximum point position fixed. The construction of COMPASS follows a step-by-step pattern based on technical and economic evolution in China, and the current design is to cover Asia-Pacific area around 2012, and all over the world before 2020. Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite systems provide wide coverage for their data and/or voice services. The additional COMPASS compatible signals from LEO telecommunication satellites can remarkably improve the availability and accuracy of COMPASS positioning. This paper focuses on the performance of COMPASS augmentation using a proposed LEO satellite system. The COMPASS satellite system is briefly reviewed. Positioning with pseudo-range is analyzed. The performance of COMPASS augmentation using LEO satellite system in China and its neighboring area is studied with software simulation. The results of simulation are presented using the number of visible satellites as a measure of availability, Position Dilution of Precision (PDOP) as a measure of accuracy with spatial and temporal variations. The results show that the LEO satellite system improves the availability and accuracy of COMPASS positioning in China and its neighboring area.","PeriodicalId":108594,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Communications and Intelligence Information Security","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131594772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Color segmentation takes a great attention because color is an effective and robust visual cue for characterizing an object from the others. To aim at existing skin color algorithms considering the luminance information not enough, a reliable color modeling approach was proposed. It is based on the fact that color distribution of a single-colored object is not invariant with respect to luminance variations even in the Cb-Cr plane and does not ignore the influence on luminance Y component in YCbCr color space. Firstly, according to statistics of skin color pixels, we take the luminance Y by ascending order, divide the total range of Y into finite number of intervals, collect pixels whose luminance belongs to the same luminance interval, calculate the covariance and the mean value of Cb and Cr with respect to Y, and use the above data to train the BP neural network, then we get the self-adaptive skin color model and design a Gaussian model classifier. The experimental results have indicated that this algorithm can effectively fulfill the skin-color detection for images captured under different environmental condition and the performance of the skin color segmentation is significantly improved.","PeriodicalId":108594,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Communications and Intelligence Information Security","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124683011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On condition that aerial vehicle is uniform motion, a Doppler direct ranging formula can be firstly derived by making use of the velocity vector identity, the relation between Doppler changing rate and tangential velocity as well as the specific value of Doppler changing rate at neighbor node. As soon as this ranging formula is substituted into the expression of Doppler changing rate, the analytic formula solving Doppler changing rate can be obtained.
