Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method. It is feared to bring impact on socio-economic conditions of the country. The phenomenon must look for a solution, the one with the empowerment program for seniors. UNIT for The Social Rehabilitation and Elderly West Java is one of the Government agencies that become facilitators in the empowerment of the elderly. The goal in this research to know the process of empowerment and continuity in the program of empowerment. Peneltian is done based on the qualitative method through a descriptive approach. The theory in this research is the theory of Hogan that saw that the process of empowerment is a process that goes on all human life derived from individual experience, instead of a process that stops at a time only. Bandung. The method in this study uses descriptive study method, so data collection is not guided by theory but guided by facts found during research in the field. This study uses descriptive research method LPMD. The results of the study show: First, the efforts made by the Village Community Empowerment Institute (LPMD) to improve the development of sanitation in the West environment include: problem solving, participation in the development of environmental sanitation and the realization of partnerships with the Cisomang Barat village government. Second, a number of supporting factors and barriers to the efforts of the Regional Government Empowerment Empowerment Agency to improve the development of environmental sanitation with a participatory community empowerment process. Koperasi Pertama Jaya with common goals and long-term goals, to get a healthy and clean environment.This research approach with descriptive study method approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and literature study, so a conclusion can be drawn.The purpose of this study is to find out the methods, factors and results of environmental empowerment conducted by the Koperasi Pertama Jaya at Ciheulang Tonggoh, Ciheulang Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency.The theories used in this study are environmental empowerment. Empowerment is an effort to build resources by encouraging, motivating and raising awareness of their potential and striving to develop it.In conclusion the empowerment strategy of the Koperasi Pertama Jaya was focused on education training on environmental empowerment by utilizing food waste. Factors that influence empowerment, members of cooperatives carry out environmental management assisted by other elements by making results, an innovation by utilizing residual goods, thus creating liquid and solid organic fertilizers, animal feed needed by the community. Th e method used in this study is a qualitative method by describing the situation in the field related to the implementation, constraints, and results of empowerment that have been made by the patchwork industry in improving the economy of the community. The results in this study are the implementation of the patchwork industry in improving the economy of the community carried out in the form of training programs. The obstacles faced by the patchwork industry in the empowerment process are internal and external factors. This research is a qualitative research that used descriptive method. This method is used to describe, analyze, and express the phenomenon that occur in the field. The results of this study showed that Floating Market Lembang did not have a special program to improve the economic welfare of surrounding community, but rather to provide the opportunities such as employment opportunities, entrepreneurial opportunities and PAD income from Lembang Village. Moreover, Floating Market Lembang gave the positive and negative impact to the economic welfare of the community. Positive impact is increasing the opportunities of employment, community income, and developing better infrastructure. In contrast, negative impact is the traffic jam and air pollution occured. Analyzed from the norms, concepts, and behavior of human resources contained in BPLHD West Java Province. The role theory proposed by Levinson was used to analyze the problems in this study. In his statement, that role covers three things including norms that become rules to guide someone in society, concepts that individuals will do in society as an organization, as well as individual behavior that is important for the social structure of society. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of data in this study uses interpretations or interpretations of logic that are related to the context of Islamic Community Development. The results showed that the Regional Environmental Management Agency of West Java Province in the development of natural resource potential through Analysis of Environmental Impacts had standard rules issued by the Ministry of Environment, namely the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 08/2013, which regulates the rules and governance, the concept formulated, and the performance of its human resources. This study aims to determine community empowerment in the Family Hope Program (PKH), how the process of empowering the micro (individual) level, how the process of empowering the mezzo (group) level, and the process of empowering the macro (mass) level. This research uses a descriptive method. This research departs from the framework of thinking that empowerment is a process and purpose in improving people’s walfare. Based of the theory according to Edi Suharto the empowerment process through several stages including determining funding sources, funding sources and empowerment is an inseparable thing. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative appoarch as a problem solving procedure that is examined by discrimbing the actual state of the object of research. While the findings say that community empowerment through Alokasi Dana Desa can improve people’s welfare because the source of funding and empowerment are inseparable because something cannot be empowerment without funds.
