In 2018, China planned to develop Hainan into a pilot free trade zone, gradually exploring and steadily advancing the construction of a free trade port, and establishing a policy and institutional system for free trade ports in stages (Trang Tran, 2018). It is evident that the upgrading of the Hainan Special Economic Zone reflects China’s significant decision to expand outward and actively promote economic globalization. China’s experience in transforming special economic zones into free trade zones holds great significance for Vietnam in the new stage of economic development. Special economic zones are expected to have modern and well-integrated infrastructure, strong connections with domestic and international markets, foster a favorable and transparent business environment, and ensure accountability of local governments. With the development of artificial intelligence, language learning has become more personalized, interactive, and engaging. The author interviewed lecturers and students based in a number of universities in Hanoi, to ascertain their motivation in teaching and learning foreign languages in regards to the appearance of ChatGPT. This is a large language model used in teaching and learning foreign languages in Vietnam from the perspective of innovative pedagogy. By analyzing the interview results, this paper argues that ChatGPT can motivate learners and teachers, and increase their performance. In terms of vocabulary retention, fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, and motivation in general, it helps learners get better results. Teachers therefore experience less stressful pedagogical issues. Known as an earlier philosopher whose work influenced the Age of Enlightenment (Sootin, 1955), he had enlightenment thoughts. Being attracted by these interesting ones, this paper analyzes his work “The New Organon”, focusing on three prominent aspects of enlightenment, including views on errors in human mind, progressive viewpoints on human sense and reason, and standpoints of doubt in science and scientific discovery. Bacon’s ideas of doubt in science and scientific discovery were especially enlightening to the majority of people in his day, who had adopted previous philosophies with an attitude of no doubt. In Vietnam, there is a growing interest in blockchain technology among logistics enterprises. Therefore, the main focus of this study is to better understand the influence of technology-organization-environment contexts (TOE model) on the behavior of applying blockchain technology in Vietnamese logistics enterprises. To gather data for the study, a survey was conducted with 508 individuals from logistics companies in Vietnam. The results of the study indicated that top-management support plays a crucial role in enhancing the adoption of blockchain technology among logistics enterprises in Vietnam. Several recommendations for businesses to increase the adoption of blockchain technology have been proposed in this study with the aim of improving work efficiency. The study has reinforced previous studies and developed a model for applying blockchain technology in logistics enterprises in Vietnam. Additionally, the impact of customer trust on their attitudes and willingness to engage in s-commerce remains largely unexplored. This study aims to develop a theoretical model that examines the influence of trustee characteristics on customer trust, attitude, and willingness to buy, using the theory of reasoned action (TRA). A survey was conducted, collecting 200 valid questionnaires from customers in Vietnam who use Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. Firstly , the study confirms that perceived reputation, multichannel integration (MTI), and system assurance positively influence customer trust, which subsequently affects customer attitude and leads to a willingness to purchase. Secondly , a neural network model was employed to rank the relatively significant predictors obtained from structural equation modeling (SEM). This study contributes to the growing literature on the use of social networking site (SNS) apps in boosting e-commerce businesses. The novel methodology and findings from this study significantly contribute to the existing literature on e-commerce settings. However, recent studies have raised questions about the validity and usefulness of this approach, suggesting that high scores may not always be predictive of actual performance in real-life situations. This has important implications for education policy and practice in Vietnam, as well as for employers and students who rely on standardized test scores as a key criterion for academic and career success. This paper presents a case study of scores and actual performance in real life in Vietnam, based on a survey of 100 students and interviews conducted with educators, employers, and policymakers.
