A method is proposed for determining the technical condition of the high-pressure pump and injectors of the marine diesel MAN B&W 6S50MC-C by changing the maximum fuel pressure and temperature of the outer surface of the pipeline. For fuel equipment with a maximum pressure in the pipeline from 50 to 150 MPa, the permissible pressure change zone is determined. A formula is proposed that additionally takes into account the cyclic fuel supply and its mass when estimating the temperature from its compression by the pump plunger. The fuel temperature during compression is determined depending on the pressure value. The calculation of the heat transfer process through the pipeline wall and from the heated wall surface to the air is performed. A portable RGK PL12 pyrometer is proposed to measure the temperature on the pipeline surface and determine the technical condition of the fuel equipment. Leptyuk","doi":"10.25206/1813-8225-2022-182-33-37","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25206/1813-8225-2022-182-33-37","url":null,"abstract":"The article presents the results of a study of the effect of ion–beam treatment with a high–power ion beam (HPIB) on the change in topography, morphology, chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the surface layers of a tungsten–free hard alloy of the «TiC–NiTi» system. The samples are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X–ray analysis, scanning probe microscopy, and metallographic analysis. It is revealed that due to the impact of HPIB, the surface layer of the sample undergoes melting with the formation of extended microcracks. At the same time, a decrease in the oxygen concentration from 24,6 to 13,7 at. % is recorded in the surface layer of the sample, and at some points on the sample it is completely absent. This result indicates the dissociation of titanium oxide under the influence of temperatures arising during HPIB irradiation. A schematic solution of the manipulator has been compiled as a system in which an arbitrary vertical force Pz and moments Mx, My relative to the X and Y axes act on the working panel, elastic elements — springs, with known stiffness coefficients. The front surface of the thermostat is polished, directed at an angle of 45 ° to the optical axis of the lens and has a hole that acts as a field diaphragm. Video camera is directed to polished surface of thermostat perpendicular to optical axis of lens.
