The off-grid power system considered in this is having small isolated load supplied by power generation from of wind, PV and Diesel. wind energy converting system (WECS) consist of fixed speed squirrel cage Induction generator (SCIG), Photovoltaic system(PV) is connected through inverter. The other source in the OPS is diesel-genset equipped with governor and synchronous generator (SG) with automatic voltage regulator (AVR). Any variation load power causes frequency and voltage fluctuations. In this work,to regulate voltage through reactive power support, PV inverter is controlled and to regulate frequency the diesel power is controlled, through governor control. Hence, to coordinate control loops of voltage and frequency, are optimized simultaneously.The main contribution of this paper is to develop coordinated optimized control for voltage and frequency of OPS. Proportional integral (PI) controllers are used in the control loops are tuned optimally using on bacterial forging optimization algorithm(BFOA). Now a day, increase in generation from renewable energy sources (RES) in an integrated power system is keep on increasing significantly. This present work describes a system dynamic model, with thermal generating sources and RES (Solar and wind Power model) for studying the AGC and AVR of system. The secondary controller in the AGC loop is optimally designed and compared by considering the Proportional integral (PI), Proportional integral derivative (PID) and Fuzzy logic controller (FLC). The results show that the FLC with DC link gives the better results as compared with other two controllers. The simulation result reveals that FLC gives better performance with respect to number of overshoots, settling time, peak deviations, and oscillations in both constant and variable distributed participation matrix. The persons who are deaf-mute throughout the world use a sign language used in their own country or their local language for the communication with other people. But the person who has been trained is able to understand it. Sign language mainly involves the gestures of hand and head which convey their meaning of either letters or words. The non-verbal behaviors such as the shape, orientation of the hand, head movements and body movements are used to express the thought of the speaker. The speech impaired use sign language to communicate. This often is either misinterpreted or falsely identified. This creates a communication gap between the physically disabled and the normal person. Digital videos are susceptible to tampering due to the availability of efficient video processing tools for malevolent purpose. Object based video tampering disturbs under lying natural pattern of the video sequence. Quantal parameters of the spatial moments of a frame in a video provides inherent clue when object based forgery happens. The scalar quantities representing global characteristics of the frames in a video have been exploited to detect suspected frames. Thresholding approach is adopted to distinguish forged frames and original frames in a video sequence. Monitoring the air pollution is a scathing issue. In this work, air pollutant prediction is done using Machine learning techniques. K Means algorithm is used for clustering and different classifiers such as Multinominal Logistic Regression and Decision Tree algorithms are used to analyze the results based on available data in the R programming language. The results obtained using classifiers are compared based on error rate and accuracy. Emotional AI systems are allowed to detect, analyze, process and respond to people’s emotional states and moods. One specific application could include car navigation systems that are able to hear a driver start to experience road rage, and react to prevent them from making a rash driving decision. Another similar one could be used to allow automated assistants to change their approach when they hear anger or frustration from a user. Present voice assistance provides information to the user’s speech. This paper focuses on categorizing the emotions and applying statistical measures to identify the similarities among the different features. Preprocessing and Feature recognition is carried out using R statistical tool. In this paper noise reduction techniques are applied on Estampages. Estampages are the exact replica of inscriptions and are the source of our ancient history. In preserving and processing for future, image processing techniques are applied. Noise reduction is mainly accomplished using filters, in our study various filters like Median, Gaussian, Wiener, Gabor, Box filtering, order statistics, morphological operations are applied and comparative study is made with respect to Structural similarity index. Suitable filters are combined with morphological operations to draw inference. Hybrid systems for noise reduction having Erosion combined with Wiener/Median followed by dilation processes are applied to test Estampage images.
