Based on data from 389 valid surveys, a structural equation model using the partial least squares technique was applied to analyze causal relationships. The results identified cultural exploration, novelty, and socialization as the primary motivations influencing satisfaction. Among these, cultural exploration emerged as the most significant factor, highlighting tourists’ pursuit of enriching experiences. Novelty and socialization were also found to positively influence satisfaction by offering unique activities and opportunities for personal interaction. Satisfaction, in turn, showed a positive impact on loyalty, demonstrated in attendees’ intentions to return and share positive word-of-mouth about the festival. From a theoretical point of view, this study emphasizes the importance of integrating motivational dimensions to better understand the cultural tourism experience. If used inappropriately, a social media user is at risk of poor mental health and behavioural problems. Also, Problematic social media users are vulnerable to several side effects and are more exposed to social media threats than any other user. Therefore, this study attempts to develop a preventive strategy by firstly, analysing the various approaches that address problematic social media use such as the legal, education and technology strategies. By assessing their strengths and weaknesses, the most effective approach- Social Media Literacy was identified. The second objective of this study is to address the weaknesses of all the approaches analysed, and by using public relations mechanisms, social media literacy was enhanced into a new approach called the Intrinsic Social Media Literacy, ISML. This new approach is not developed to stop other preventive approaches from addressing this issue. Lamph et al. (2023) undertook a scoping review of the literature to support a shared understanding of 'relational practice' in organisational and systemic contexts, noting impacts and benefits reported. They identified that relational practice may be beneficial to both the service users and the workforce across different sectors. The review authors also found that variations exist in the terminology used for 'relational practice.' This commentary describes the importance of relational practice for social work, building on the review by Lamph et al. (2023) and the implications of the findings for social work practice and research. However, moral concerns regarding inventions’ patentability stemming from hESCs have long been the center of international political and moral debates. This paper aims to analyze this debate by studying the interface between science, law, and ethics in the global context. Reliance has been placed upon the legality of hESC patenting in the E.U., China, India, and the U.S.A. jurisdictions. These jurisdictions have approached this question both domestically and inconsistently. The European Patent Office has consistently denied embryonic stem cell patents due to ethical concerns regarding its Biotechnology Directive 98/44/E.C. The Court of Justice for the European Union has also judicially extended the opinion pertaining to the unethical nature of patenting hESCs. This paper dissects the elusive ‘moral acceptability’ in the context of deontological and consequentialist ethics.
