Cutaneous toxicities are known on-target effects of EGFR inhibition.</p><p><strong>Objectives: </strong>This article describes the occurrence and management of cutaneous toxicities in patients whose disease progressed on platinum chemotherapy treated with amivantamab.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Post hoc analysis evaluated incidence, severity, and time to first onset of rash and paronychia. Five nurses and advanced practice providers were interviewed.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>Of 380 patients, 296 (78%) experienced treatment-related rash and/or paronychia. Paronychia (43%), rash (36%), and dermatitis acneiform (35%) were most frequent, with scalp rash reported by 17%. Treatment modifications because of rash and paronychia were infrequent. Antineoplastic medication nonadherence continues to be an issue for patients with cancer.</p><p><strong>Objectives: </strong>This quality improvement project aimed to institute an evidence-based standardized educational tool for patients with GBM undergoing concurrent temozolomide and radiation therapy.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>To assess medication adherence, patients completed the Brief Adherence Rating Scale at the end of the last radiation therapy visit. Patients and providers completed satisfaction surveys.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>Data analysis from the administered Brief Adherence Rating Scale demonstrated a mean of 99.3% (N = 13) medication adherence among participants. The challenges surrounding proper care for APL are centered on the low volume of patients, which limits healthcare professionals' knowledge of disease management.</p><p><strong>Objectives: </strong>The purpose of this project was to develop resources and present an educational module specific to managing patients newly diagnosed with APL. An intervention to evaluate bedside nurses' knowledge of APL was implemented.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Thirty-four RNs were recruited for participation. A clinical practice guideline, an algorithm, and a fact sheet were developed to provide resources for providers. An educational module was presented to the RNs to increase their knowledge of APL. Pre- and postintervention surveys were created to assess knowledge and confidence before and after the intervention.</p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>Thirty-four RNs completed the module, and 27 participated in the pre- and postintervention surveys.
