They should undertake their responsibility to pass on and innovate culture and help the social thoughts. Therefore, it’s necessary to complete the top-level design of university cultural work by comprehensively considering national conditions, social conditions, and university conditions. The paper analyzed the current cultural work in Chinese mainland universities from the degree of recognition, degree of integration, collaboration and coordination, and feedback and evaluation.
