Lots of AutoML frameworks are introduced in past decades. Each of them has their unique contributions towards AutoML field. In this paper, four popular open source AutoML frameworks are selected and reviewed to show current development directions and common features for frameworks. This paper also analyzes innovative structures and designs of selected frameworks. Firstly, the influencing factors of distance of receiving and transmitting antennas are analyzed, including the transmitting power of the transmitter, the sensitivity of the receiver, the gain of the transmitting antenna, the gain of the receiving antenna, the carrier frequency, the insertion loss of the base station’s transmitting antenna’s feeders and the air transmission loss caused by the environment in the ideal environment. Thus, a theoretical analyzation about influencing factors of the transmission distance is acquired. The basic principle of LoRa spread spectrum communication is analyzed and compared with FSK modulation. Maritime search and rescue requires high efficiency and short search time, which is difficult, and how to use UAVs for efficient and rapid maritime search and rescue has become a major concern. In this paper, based on the extended square search algorithm, the original algorithm is improved, and the probability function of target discovery is introduced to make the algorithm closer to the actual search and rescue situation. Finally, based on the MATLAB platform, this paper simulates the algorithm by writing a program, and studies the relationship between flight height, search pitch and search width overlap ratio and search time. The simulation results show that the flying height of the drone is inversely proportional to the search time, and the overlap ratio is proportional to the time. This paper studies the prediction of the residual life of the aeroengine based on the improved differential time domain feature and LSTM, and analyzes the prediction framework, model and related algorithms of the residual life of the aeroengine based on the improved differential time domain feature and LSTM. This paper builds an engine life prediction algorithm DTF-LSTM based on improved differential time-domain features (DTF) and LSTM network. The network directly enhances the inheritance of historical output information by adding linear connections between adjacent output layers. The abstract local features extracted by LSTM are used as the input of the regression to predict the remaining life of the aero-engine. The weighted symmetry of the sequences and the good autocorrelation of the CAZAC sequences are used to estimate the timing synchronization and frequency offset. In the time domain, two identical weighted sequences are used to get the coarse fractional frequency offset, and then the redundant cyclic prefixes are used to get the fine fractional frequency offset. Finally, it analyzes the effect of integer frequency offset on the sequence, and the integer frequency offset estimation is completed according to the cyclic shift of the sequence. By comparing the proposed method with other methods, it is concluded that the proposed method has better performance of symbol timing estimation and frequency deviation estimation. In this paper, support vector machine (SVM) is applied to the diagnosis of breast cancer, and the performance of four commonly used kernel functions in different data sets is explored. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of this method in the breast cancer data set is 98.25%. By training YOLOv3 network, the characteristics of various insulators under complex backgrounds are learned and accurately recognized, and combined with particle filter algorithm for defect diagnosis of insulators in various states.
