The work considers contradictions of worldview ideas and philosophical-ontological and axiological viewpoints of creators of education philosophy concepts, as well as the contradictions of worldview ideas in understanding the essence of philosophical and pedagogical anthropology. The work presents the analysis of the basic concepts of pedagogy and philosophy of education in the post-Soviet space. The goal of the article is to analyze and clarify philosophical conceptual approaches to the creation of new pedagogical methods of teaching and upbringing, focused both on the younger generation and on adults. Difficulties in creating such methods are caused by the existing disagreements in the formation of fundamental concepts of education philosophy, as well as the lack of common conceptual attitudes, as a result of which, in every case, teachers have to form their own personal approaches to education and training challenges. The work proposes a revised model of the \"philosophical and pedagogical pyramid\". The author proposes to pay special attention to andragogy and ethnic resource of pedagogy, oriented on the upbringing of youth and adults, taking into account the ethnicity of an individual, when creating concepts of education philosophy. In author’s opinion, in order to create new educational technologies, it is advisable to identify and restore the lost pedagogical methods of education from the origins of people’s genetic and ethnic memory. In this paper, we have chosen a regularization parameter for solving the linear Volterra integral equation of the first kind.\u0000The aim of the study is to construct a regularizing operator and choose a regularization parameter.\u0000In the study, we have applied the concept of a derivative with respect to an increasing function, the regularization method according to M.M. Lavrentiev, methods of functional analysis, methods of transformation of equations, methods of integral and differential equations.\u0000The parameter for regularization is selected. Regularizing operator according to M.M. Lavrentiev is constructed and a uniqueness theorem is proved.\u0000The proposed methods can be used to study integral, integral-differential equations such as the Volterra integral equation of the first kind, as well as in the qualitative study of some applied processes in the field of physics, ecology, medicine, and the theory of complex systems control. They can be used in the further development of the theory of Volterra integral equations of the first kind. In particular, to what type of production does the Kyrgyz nomadic and pastoral economy belong: to small-scale production of the feudal or capitalist type? These problems are among the fundamental ones in the historiography of the economic history of Kyrgyzstan, in terms of determining the objective and subjective prerequisites for the industrial revolution in the region, that is, the Great October Socialist Revolution; the article puts forward a hypothesis about the absence of not only capitalist, but even its rudimentary elements. Consequently, a national working class was not formed as the driving force of the socialist revolution, while the opposite was stated in Soviet historical science. The study applied the method of objectivism, i.e. a theoretical and practical analysis of the reality of the Kyrgyz nomadic society at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries was carried out through the methodological content analysis of the Leninist theory of the development of Russian capitalism in depth and in breadth, since it was Vladimir Lenin who gave a specific methodological analysis of the political and economic state of the Turkestan region, traced the process of development of capitalism in Russia in breadth, and the ways of the decomposition of feudalism in colonially dependent regions, outlined the features of the initial accumulation of capital in the colonies. Also, in the article, to solve the problems posed, a systematic method was applied with the help of which the main stages of the development of Russian capitalism were traced - home crafts or home industry, manufactory, factory stage. As a result, the authors of the article came to the following conclusions: the capitalist way of life in Kyrgyzstan had not developed by the eve of the October Revolution.
