While largely benign, it has been found to have a local recurrence rate as high as 30-72% and there have been two reported cases of metastases and death [1]. Patients with AA will most often clinically present with a pedunculated polyp or a polypoidal mass [4]. Due to the rarity of AA, 80% of cases are misdiagnosed as Bartholin’s cysts, lipomas, or even hernias [2]. With the everchanging food habits and the environmental changes, the no. of causes of Breast Cancer has been significantly risen. A study reveals that around 2200,000 women have been diagnosed with cancer or related diseases. The discovery of histone demethylases has provided us new insight for understanding the epigenetic landscape of the chromatin environment of cancer cells.
